Eagle Tinting

I had my car broken into, just needed one window tinted. I called on Saturday afternoon and they could take me right away. Went down and was in and out in 30 minutes. Super reasonable price, I usually drive over to San Mateo but then pay gas and toll and wait way longer. Eagle Tinting has my business in the future. Quality brand materials, other shops may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

I met the owner Santiago. He gave me 3 different choices for my Prius window tinting. I finally went with the 3M brand because that’s what the wife wanted. Gave me a good price. He did not push me to purchase anything which is unusal for a sales man. He said he could have the work done in 2 hours. Before 2 hours my car was ready. They did a great job. Santiago was very patient with me and even offered to give me a ride home and pickup. They used to be across the street where Ashland Youth Community Center is now since 1988. They are a family owned business. i highly reccomend getting your vehicles tinted here. 5 stars because this is a professional business. Its a little outdated in the inside, but very professional.

Random little shop that you wouldn’t want to go into ! But they were professional and welcoming. I loved my tints, no tint complaints they are Great !

I called to make a appointment @ 1130 for the next day. Show up on my appointment and the shop is close. Called the # the guy (Santiago) says their running late because of the traffic, and they’ll be there in 15 minutes. Waited for another 30 minute still nobody. Business hours says from 9 am to 5 pm. Waited for the whole hour and still no body. Please don’t go to this place that can’t give their words, not good for business.

I called ahead and was given an estimate of $ 190. The man on the phone spoke good English, but the man at the store barely spoke any English and was saying prices from $ 230 for cheap brand to over $ 600 for high-​end 3M. My friend had his car tinted here about 2 years ago with good quality 3M for $ 225 and he didn’t have any issue communicating with the store employees. I am not going to do business with someone who doesn’t understand what I’m asking for. The competition is offering $ 299 for good quality 3M tint, so that seems about right. I should have known something was up when they told me $ 190 on the phone. Typical bait and switch, I guess… or bad communication between employees… or no set pricing structure. Kinda fly-​by-​night business, so I’ll pass and won’t recommend to my friends.

Great job dropped it off on the spot at 10:37am car was done at 12:00p looking so clean. Awesome shop good honest people.

Terrible and not a clean shop. Had bubbles in my tint a few hours later. Also dirt in my tint. They didn’t even clean the window before the tint. I don’t even want to go back for a redo. Doesn’t matter quality very poor. Go somewhere else if you can.

I brought my car here yesterday to have the rear and back seat windows tinted (limo tint) which was a total of $ 140.
I knew exactly what I wanted so they were able to start working on my car immediately.
It took about an hour to finish.
I am very happy with the quality of work.
They are not located in the greatest neighborhood nor are there really any shops so you can’t really walk around while waiting for them to finish, but they do do have a waiting area with couches where you can wait while they work.

They sent me a Christmas Card! HELL YEAH!

Recently my commute got a lot longer, and I found myself baking in my car every afternoon being stuck in traffic on 880… I actually started noticing that my left arm was significantly more tan than my right one! Time to do something about that.
Santiago was great — very helpful with finding a suitable film for what I was looking for. Who knew there were so many! Ended up with a great product that shields 99% of UV rays and a significant amount of heat.
I called on a Saturday afternoon, he had just finished with another car and was able to fit me in right away. The complete install (not including the 20 minutes he spent me with trying to figure what I wanted) for the two front side windows took 45 minutes.
They did an exceptional job, the applied film looks great and you can’t tell that it’s an aftermarket install. They visually fit in nicely with my factory tinted windows in the back.
I yet have to see how it stands up to the test of time, but 3M products are generally pretty high quality and I don’t expect any failure anytime soon. No bubbles anywhere.

I had my 2012 Audi A5 tinted with the 3M film and I am very impressed with not only the installation of the product but also with the over all professionalism of the installer. Don’t judge this place on looks. Their workmanship is quality and the staff is friendly. I definitely would recommend this place.

I’m a little torn on how many stars to give. I guess 4 for quality of work, but 2 for some of the cons that I have listed below. I guess, since 3 is in between, I’ll go with that.

My 5 year old 3M tint on my back window with a lifetime warranty had began to bubble and peel. The company that applied it (National Glass Tinting) is no longer around, so I did a google search and came up with Eagle Tinting. I asked if this was the same company and was told yes, so I made the first appointment at 9a for that Friday. I brought my original receipts
PROS:
1. Employee was polite. Let me know what would be done to fix the tint and how long it would take.
2. No haggle. The work was covered under warranty and I wasn’t made to feel like I was inconveniencing anyone.
3. Work was nicely done, and I didn’t have to wait a long time to get my car back.
4. Received courtesy phone call letting me know when the work was completed.
CONS:
1. Business was 20 minutes late opening, so I had to wait
2. Not located in the best area, and really no place to park except for an adjacent mini strip mall lot.
3. Disconnected phone numbers on website, with the exception of one.
4. Bread crumbs were left on my passenger seat when I picked up the car
I did give a tip because I was happy with the actual work. It was done nicely and in a reasonable amount of time. I would probably come back here, because a little inconvenience is worth the quality.

I had my passenger, driver and all rear windows tinted on my Honda by them. I had the life time warranty 3M film put on my car. Awesome job, It turned out perfect, I was very content with the finished product, very professional and reasonable. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to them!

Got all the windows in my classic car tinted by them, I was a little disappointed that the tint i wanted was more expensive than what i was quoted on the phone, but that happens. Their price was still $ 50 lower than the next guys that wouldnt return my calls for 4 days.
They had me in the same day, and out in 3 hours.
Great job! I’ll be back.
