Came in here to replace the regulator for my window. My driver side window hasn’t been opened since I bought it 2 years ago and now I can actually enjoy the breeze especially since the bay area has been crazy hot lately. And the whole installation didn’t take too long probably an hour at best. Although, it would’ve been better if they already had picked up the parts beforehand since they told me the parts would arrive the day after I made my appointment. But that didn’t take long either. I’m a very patient person, if I really needed something and it took longer than expected. All I care about is getting what I paid for and that’s what these guys provided. Overall, I’m very much pleased with their service. Very fast and cheap, even though I didn’t care to look for other places for different prices but based on the other reviews, this place seems okay. And I think I’m considering on getting my windows tinted next. Thank you to Lynx Auto Glass for your service!

I called yesterday only for estimate & info. I was assisted by Brian regarding my windshield that had a nick that spread rapidly so I needed a replacement. I called again this morning about 11am and Brian was able to send someone out to my home between 12−2pm, that gives them 5 stars already. Oscar & Alex arrived on time, they were very friendly & it appears they did an excellent job replacing the windshield. My rating is based on the excellent and friendly service for now. I will update about the windshield at a later date since it was just installed. Lynx offers lifetime guarantee and leakproof so I hope and do not foresee any problem. if so, I was told I can call them anytime and they will return to fix the issue. I will definitely use and recommend this company, THANK YOU Lynx Auto Glass, I am a satisfied customer so far.

Wonderful service! I broke my passenger mirror and got an estimate that same day. The next day it was fixed at the shop for only 59 $. Other places quoted me a lot and said it would be 2 weeks because parts had to be ordered and painted. This was done in 30 minutes. Definitely recommend them. Thanks Chris!

Lynx Auto Glass took great care of me. The service was exceptional, fast, and could not have been more convenient. The price they quoted me at was the best I could find. Unfortunately, I did not catch the names of the two men who performed the replacement of my front windshield but they both did a great job and even helped fixed my front side panel that had come out prior to this job. I will be referring Lynx to any of my friends/​coworkers that need glass work done.

I had the worst day today. Someone broke into my car today and smashed in my window. Chris at Lynx glass repair was so amazing. I called, he got me in immediately. He was so fast and professional. I would highly recommend this place. He even vacuumed up 99% of the glass. Anyone who’s had a car window broken knows the glass gets everywhere and is nearly impossible to clean up. If you need a car window fixed, go to Chris.

I shopped around and not only did they charge me about 50% less than other shops but their service was super friendly and professional and exceptionally fast. I decided this morning to change my windshield and thanks to their wide stock I now drive around with a brand new windshield. I dealt with a guy named Chris.

LYNX Auto Glass was exceptional. My windshield of my 2007 Honda Accord got crack by a rock on the freeway. I contacted about 10 local glass repair shop in the Bay Area (try it, you can do it on Unilocal within minutes). Not only was Chris from LYNX the quickest one to reply, he also had the cheapest price BY FAR!
At first I was very skeptical with the lower cost. Additionally, LYNX would drive to me and repair the car at my home; no extra charge! It sounded almost too good to be true. I wanted to come into the shop myself and take a look around before I commit to anything. So, I setup an appointment was greated by Chris. Chris is just an employee at LYNX, but he took care of me like a business owner should. He was patient and friendly, and answered all my question in detail; I was impressed. Chris didn’t pressure me or rush my decision, he was genuinely interested in making sure I will be happy with the result. This is probably the best customer service I have ever witness! I felt totally confident to proceed. (BTW: they are able to provide great rates because they buy the glass in large quantities)
Chris was the one who actually did the Windsheild replacement for me. He told me 45 minutes, but was done in about 30 minutes! He was very detailed and took great care of my car. The attention to detail was impressive!
After the job was done (and it’s been 2 weeks now), the glass looks amazing, just like a brand new car, and I have no issues at all, it’s rock solid (pun intended)! I have other cars (Acura NSX and Honda S2000) that I feel comfortable bringing to LYNX for any glass related work.
I highly recommend LYNX Auto Glass. If you can, schedule an appointment to work directly with Chris; you’ll be pleased!

I got my windshield repair done by Chris today. He is a genius in repairing auto glass! Fix my windshield perfectly! reasonable price with the amazing outcome! I was already having a bad day when someone broke two of my windows and stole my purse and my uncles back pack in San Francisco. The back of my head was ridiculously cold on the drive back to Oakland lol thankfully I called Lynx and spoke to Chris. He quoted me around $ 170 FLAT per window (the thieves broke two). Obviously that price varies depending on your car but overall I knew it was fair pricing. Cheaper than my $ 500 comprehensive deductible and cheaper than Safelite that quoted me at $ 750+tax+mobile fee. I was running an hour late but they still fixed my windows in a timely manner. It took less than 2hrs to complete. P. S They do mobile repairs as well! I’m soooo happy with the results! Chris reassured me that he would take care of my car and made sure I was satisfied with the results before I left. No pressure, really courteous, and patient. Thank you so much again!

I’ve learned from past experience that cold weather, heated car, and a chip in your windshield can quickly lead to a bad result. Of course, over the holidays, repair can be tricky. I found Lynx Auto Glass on Unilocal and decided to give them a try. Glad I did! Late night on New Years Day, I filled out their online quote request (easy format– thank you!) and received an email and phone call first thing the next day. I was glad they could take me that day. The process was quick easy and reasonable, about half the price of Safelite’s quote! They did a great job, checked and cleaned my windshield and even left emergency patches for future use. Lynx auto glass is the way to go! I would totally recommend this company to anyone that is in need for a window fixed/​replaced. I recently took in my Mercedes in to get my windshield replaced and loved the service. They are very professional and clean. When i first called in they guy who picked up the phone was Chris, great customer service he tried the most to accommodate me in the best service that he could he gave me a good price that i didnt have to think about it twice. I was in a need to get my windshield replaced asap so i let chris know that and he sent an installer the next morning which was wonderful! The installer was on time and everything great customer service as well and very professional. At first i was worried that maybe they would get my interior dirty because the inside of my Mercedes is a leather creamy type of color but when the service was done i checked and was clean everything was done right.
