Emser Tile

I was looking to remodel my house from Flooring, fireplace, kitchen, guest bathroom to master bath. I got referred to go visit emser from one of other local business, I took a drive to san leandro location and I was welcomed by the receptionist there, I asked for a professional to help me with design, few minutes later Lavina come out and introduce herself with smile, I explained my projects that I’m looking for and the color scheme that I want, she was very helpful spend 2 – 3 hours with me showing me around and helping me with material, She DID Amazing! the customer service didn’t stop there, I kept emailing her and calling her with other option and pricing to make decisions to pick the right material that will work with my taste, needs and budget and she was always there to answer any question and advice, Thank you Lavina for great customer service
I love my products and can’t wait to see it on my floors and walls!

I walked inside. 3 people are busy with different things but no one is with customers. I am the only customer. They kept asking me to wait. After 15 minutes I realized that this is getting rediculous so I left without getting even «hello» from them

They are a distributor, partner and educator to the trade. Showroom is open to the public but they are not retail. Christina B should do some homework. Those 5 people are over seeing hundreds of orders being moved every day. I commend their team for the service they commit to all the customers. Go Emser!

Customer service is everything. I walked in and was the only customer. I saw five employees, not one said hello nor asked if I needed help. There are many more flooring places in the area that I will be visiting.

Wide selection of high quality tile and quick delivery. Krista rescued me when I had to match an on-​line order from another company. She went right to the floor tile and accent tile that would make it all work together. If you work with a contractor the prices are affordable.
