Thanks, Dr. Herbranson! You made getting a root canal *almost* a pleasurable experience. You have the most up-​to-​date equipment (thank you for letting me take a peek at my rotten tooth after you drilled it out — I love gross stuff like that!), your technicians are totally cool, and your front staff is completely on top of things.
I love that you have all kinds of cool stories about the specialty work you have done with the Oakland Zoo in the past, and that you asked me multiple times during my appointments if I was doing ok.
I am only knocking a star off of my experience because… frankly…it was still a root canal, and I’m not that much of a masochist to give a root canal 5 stars.
