Firelight Glass

Purchased green pure liquid paraffin from them over the internet. The color used to be a rich dark green, but now has been diluted to a pale green. Beware!

This place is hot, Its a glass manufacuer selling its wares at outlet prices. I picked up some presents for all under $ 50. They have glass oil candles in all kinds of shapes and sizes. I picked up some table lamps. Prices are great. They pack them tight in boxes. Great for presents. Prices are great.
I have to remember this place to come back.

About six or seven years ago, I received a cute glass triangle oil lamp with dark purple fuel as a birthday gift — an inconsiderate housemate used up the oil on something else without replacing it and I never figured out what I could use. I finally figured it out today — the wick is so weird that I wasn’t sure — but found out that it was from Firelight Glass.
I called and talked with Agnes — she was very helpful, and I made my way down to their warehouse in San Leandro. They have a small retail area of seconds — which you’d never guess were seconds — and I found myself buying another 5 lights in addition to the wick and paraffin fuel that I needed!
The prices are amazing — these lights are gorgeous and make excellent gifts. There are so many great shapes and sizes — I wanted to get even more but worry that my cats will knock them all over!
This place is a real hidden gem — do yourself a favor and head over there early to get all your holiday shopping done — great local business — and excellent savings if you go there in person!
