Fresh Laundromat

I just go this laundry in emergency because is close Grocery Outlet, but always that i go is lost time waist, the dryers are not hot, im tried and tried and always is the same lot money for dry, better laundry in oakland and cheapers

Avoid this place if you can. My first time there I brought an expensive comforter in to wash. It’s king size so it won’t fit in the small washer/​dryer I have at home. After two hours in the dryer it came out still wet with some kind black sticky stuff on it. Never been able to get it off. $ 125 down the drain. But I gave them another shot which was a COMPLETE mistake. The washer got stuck after taking my $ 6.00 and after calling their number and knocking on their door several times I once again was out of luck. In total, this place cost me $ 131 and my clothes are still dirty.

The Good: The washers are good and clean well. The facility is fairly clean (though it was obvious that no one swept the floor recently) and has lots of machines.
The Bad: The dryers do not dry very well. In fact, unless you have polyester, some of your clothes will remain very damp to wet, even after almost an hour on high temp and very light loads. What they call «high temp» is actually low to medium, forcing you to keep adding quarters, and you still have wet clothes. The ridiculously high prices in the vending machines ($ 1.50 for a plastic laundry bag that costs 75 cents to $ 1 in other laundromats) do not ease the pain of when they take your money and don’t dispense. AGAIN, just like last time, I tried to report at telephone number listed on office with no voice mail and no answer.
I went there today only because of time constraints. I will not go back. Days like today are why I miss having an in-​unit W&D.

Very clean, great location, nice new washers, super fast dryers.
I will use this laundromat and recommend it to anyone.

Well-​kept, free wi-​fi that works, TVs, and everything in good working order when I visited. I will be back.

I really this laundromat because it’s newer and very well kept. It also has free WiFi and TV’S in here. The place open til 9:30 which is a plus.

Paid $ 10 and in 2hrs and what do you get?
A $ 125 white comforter (less than a week old) covered in melted black rubber sh! t in the dryer from the previous customer’s shoes… making my comforter from soft to hard like a burnt marshmallow along the edges.
Oh, how convenient the owner/​worker is here let me bring this to their attention maybe she can help…
«Hmm let me see…» says the lady.
(She walks to the dryer takes a look and notices all the black smudge, smears, stains)
«Oh that’s probably from the shoes people dry in the washer, it gets really hot and the rubber melts. We tell the customers not to put their shoes in there, but they still do and there’s nothing we can really do about it. You should check inside next time before you dry it.»
That’s it? That’s what you’re going to tell me that’s it’s MY fault, that the dryers YOU own and maintain is dirty inside.
(shoulder shrug and the look of ‘that’s too bad sucks to be you’)
Wow… So for all of you that want this type of service melted on your clothes come here and they can give you an extra «FCK your laundry up» gift free when drying your clothes.
Luckily I wasn’t one of those disgruntle customers who will flip out and cause havoc. Instead I walked away and let karma do its job.
On a positive note, the mexican next door is (kisses fingers) «magnificent!» If I didn’t just finish eating from here and wanted to go home after, I would have argued with her.

This is place is a dirty place and management is useless. I come to wash my white comforter, and walk out with with dirty black stained comforter … My comforter is ruined and the owner tells me «we can’t help you, shoulda have made sure the drier you used was clean» WTF are you serious … It should have been clean ! And I checked and didn’t notice that there was any BLACK particles that would make my comforter dirty !!! Beware !!! I will never ever come here again !!!

I came all the way from Tennyson just to try this laundromat. I liked it here, super clean, cheap, comfortable and friendly staff. I don’t care if I live far from this place, I’m still coming back to do my laundry. See you there!!!

I love the place feels comfortable like home! There’s free WiFi. My daughter could watch TV too to keep her busy while I do my laundry. Very hygienic place, restrooms are separate from W & M. machines are all brand new yet cheaper. They have vending machines too! Staffs can easily reach for assistance. Must try u never fail!

Brand NEW machines can’t beat that, with low prices and especially «CLEAN». Staff are very friendly. TWO bathrooms … Can’t find that anywhere else. TVs, vending machines while you wait and especially FREE WI — FI… LOVE IT!!!

Since we have a Drought notice from our water company, I’ve decided to wash clothes at a laundromat instead. Heard about Fresh Laundromat that recently opened a couple months ago. Now we always wash our clothes here. So far we’ve been here 5 times since they opened.
Facilities:
VERY VERY Clean! There’s employee (s) always cleaning the place. You can tell they take good care of the place. New machines! Love how it’s all new machines. Had to learn how to use it since it’s so high tech. Love the option of machines having multiple load options: 2 load machines, 3 load, 6 load and 8 load.
They have televisions so you’re not bored while you’re waiting.
They also have FREE WiFi!
They have clean bathrooms!!! Important esp since you’re going to be there for hours. :) Love how there’s vending machines available or if you’re hungry, there’s restaurants next door.
Parking:
Plenty of parking. They have two separate parking lots and street parking, which also has plenty of room.
Customer Service:
The employees are very helpful! They always have a smile on their face.
The place is secure and clean. Its more convenient for me to wash our clothes/​beddings since they have multiple load options and I can finish my laundry fast so I can enjoy the rest of my day.
the most important thing about laundromats is making their clean! and THIS PLACE IS SUPER CLEAN! so my clothes are clean throughout the laundry process. :)

New laundry mat. Cant beat $ 2.50 wash w/​hot water. Im glad found this place bc I leave close by. I dont have to go hesperian blvd. Its newer so its clean.
