His and his team were great. They took care of me and my car from the beginning to the end. They told me what was going on. They even informed about my dead battery, and went above and beyond getting the new (even though I got one on my own) and installing it at no cost. He even stayed open on the day I was suppose to drop off my car to make sure it got there. I couldn’t pick up my car on the day it was ready Gus said it was fine and they he would be there on Saturday even though he wasn’t going to be open.
I would highly recommend this place for any type of body work that your car needs.

Get your car fixed here! My Prius looks good as new and Gus is a really awesome guy. They above and beyond what is required to take care of you at little reds!

If you ever need body work I would highly recommend Little Red’s. Sylvia and Gus will let you know exactly what is happening and when your car will be ready. Had rear end damage to my Volvo XC90 and they had it done on time and it looked better than new!

Little Red’s is simply awesome! We had a wonderful experience dealing with Gus. He was trustworthy, honest, upfront, and very down-​to-​earth. No flowery sales pitches. He really works with you to do what’s best for you and the car. We brought our Land Cruiser in because it was recently in an accident where another driver recklessly hit it and was at fault. I was worried that the insurance claims process would be a long and hassle-​filled process, but Gus took care of it all. I handed Gus our injured Land Cruiser and at the end of this repair process he returned her back to us sparkly and like she just got off the production line yesterday.
To share with you in depth our experience, on our very first visit, Gus explained to us the entire administrative process and repair process. He told us about how we first had to get an estimate from our insurance company appointed evaluator before bringing the car to him so that he can take the damaged area apart and evaluate the damage in depth. He explained that if he found additional damages, he would submit the supplemental repair estimate request to the insurance company and that we wouldn’t have to deal or worry about any part of that! We didn’t have to do a thing, which was fabulous for me as I’m always really busy as a law student!
In addition to Gus taking care of all the insurance stuff, Gus is easy to reach and he keeps you updated on the progress of your car! You can give him a call anytime and either talk to him then and there or he’ll call you back in a little bit. Gus keeps you informed of the parts he would like to use and then asks for you to confirm each piece! You feel completely in control of your car’s repairs which is a feeling you certainly don’t get at other places. When he informs you of parts he wants to use, he explains why, the part’s performance, and the part’s quality without you having to ask. For our Land Cruiser, he got us all brand new original Toyota parts which was wonderful!
Now our Land Cruiser has a very specific paint and a lot of places will mess it up, but not Gus and his guys. They matched our bumper and fender paint colors perfectly! (The Land Cruiser’s design has one paint color for the body and a different one for the bumper. Part of the car’s color scheme and design)
On top of all this, they really stick to their promised delivery date of the car. From the time I got the first estimate, to the time I picked up my car, was just two weeks. And keep in mind that it would have been only one week if my insurance company hadn’t dragged their feet.
And lastly, for all of you fellow car owners who have expensive cars, they don’t leave your car outside in the yard! I really really liked that. They keep the cars inside their facilities and that definitely made me feel even more comfortable about entrusting an $ 80,000 car to them as I definitely didn’t want my Land Cruiser out in the yard.
All in all, great place, great service, great people, and I would definitely recommend Gus and his team to anyone else who needs body work done!

I don’t really get much time during the week to do anything car related because my wife uses our car for her 9 – 5 and this place is only open Monday through Friday. I came in on Martin Luther King day because she had it off and showed up right when they opened. The employee there was pretty friendly and helpful, taking down my info and taking pictures of my car.
He said he was going to send me a quote within an hour so I went home so that we could schedule a drop off time. At the end of the day I didn’t receive any messages so I called back the next day to follow up and leave my contact information. It’s now been two weeks and I still haven’t received any contact. Now I’ve gotta wait til my wife gets another day off of work before I can find another place to get an appointment with.
Update: We were able to work something out pretty timely. They did a great job on our repairs and keeping us up to date.

I came to this place because of the high Unilocal rating to get an estimate on some bumper damage. They wanted over $ 1000 (they said they could get it down to like $ 950 if I went through GEICO). I ended up going to the place GEICO recommended (Automobile Collision Center in Hayward) which charged $ 643, and I was happy with the quality of the work.

I spent time to looking for a best auto body shop and i got Little Red’s Automotive Collision w/​lots best reviews. I brought my BMW 2014 to this shop to fix front bumper. Gus is very friendly, did perfect job. He drove me home and also dropped my car off at my home because i didn’t have driver. Now, my car looks like new. I would like to thank you Gus. If you are trying to find the best body shop, let Little Red’s Automotive Collision take care your car. 5 Stars.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Gus at Little Red’s Automotive Collision. Gus truly takes an interest in each case and makes sure to accommodate the customer as much as possible. While the repairs to the bumper of my BMW were pretty simple and straight forward, I personally witnessed Gus going above and beyond what was required when repairing other vehicles to make sure the customer was happy.
If I ever need body work on a vehicle in the future I will not hesitate to take it to Little Red’s Automotive Collision.

I recently got rear ended in my Edge and needed to find a place to replace the whole back bumper. I checked local places on Unilocal and found this place. So happy I did! I took my car in and Gus was extremely helpful. After removing my bumper he found more damage, and took care of it all with my insurance company (he was on top of it!). I received calls with updates on the progress the whole time. He promised he would get my car back to me as soon as possible, and he did. My car now looks flawless like nothing ever happened. Gus is such a great, honest person and I will definitely be returning for all my auto body needs!

So I decided on taking my Envoy to this place after reading all the good reviews. I was originally gonna take it to this other body shop my insurance had recommended before but when I Unilocaled them I found they had closed and so this was my second choice but its my first now. I called to get an estimate for damages. The woman on the phone was really nice (sorry i don’t remember her name). I told her what I needed and she was very helpful even gave me a same day appointment after work. I get there and she starts accessing the damage, making notes and taking pictures. They sent my insurance company the quote pretty fast my insurance company accepted the quote and the next week I called them and told them it was approved. They booked me in to bring my truck on a Monday and by Friday my Envoy was ready. They did a GREAT JOB! The paint matched perfect. If I have any other repair needs I will definitely call them.

Second car completed, just as nicely as the first. Hopefully, I’ll never need Little Red’s services again, but if I do, I’ll be back.

I had my first experience here a couple of months ago, and I will definitely return here again if I ever need more work done on my car. I have Geico insurance, and Gus did a lot of work on his end to work with them and make sure that my car got what it needed to get the best care possible. He is a real pleasure to work with, and tries to be as accommodating as possible.

Gus and his team (especially Caesar) are top notch! I was involved in a pretty nasty front bumper collision, the damage of which actually impacted the side supports of the car. Not only was Gus super nice to me and more than fair on price, but he was aggressive with GEICO to make sure that they were timely in working with both of us to ensure that I got my car back ASAP. Moreover, Gus was so dedicated to getting my car back in to top shape that he finished the job roughly 2 weeks earlier than thought! He even let me come by the shop on a Sunday to get my car after hours.
I strongly recommend Gus and his team if you have any auto body needs. Hopefully I won’t have such a need in the future, but if I do, I’ll be going back to Little Red’s!

So it has been 4 years and 11 months since I last visited this place. The last time I came, I was not even on Unilocal and this was my first review. 5 years and 150 reviews later, I had to come back.
I bought my first used car and apparently it had a problem where the door handles would break easily. Unfortunately, all the door handles on the internet were black (color ready) or chrome. My car was silver so anything other than silver was gonna be weird.
I called Gus and showed up a few days later, and since I was a return customer, he offered to paint my door handle for much cheaper than other body shops that I had called.
When I went to pick up my door handle, I asked if I could borrow some magnetic tools so I can fix it myself. Gus reminded me the whole insurance/​liability thing and then called one of his guys to install it for me: D (Took less than 3 minutes with the proper tools)
I highly recommend this place but hope I will never have to see them again (in a good way).
EDIT: 6÷3÷15 I must have jinxed myself, hit and broke my passenger mirror on a random garbage can in an dark alley way, but Gus is once again stepping up to the plate and giving me a good deal. Love this place!

Phenomenal service! Gus was so helpful and friendly. The day I dropped my car off at his shop, he gave me a ride to BART and when my car was done, he asked if I needed to be picked up from BART. In addition to my fender being fixed, my car was washed and waxed… I can’t recall ever seeing it so shiny, even after I take it to Hutch’s. My head lights were even cleaned and polished! They were previously all yellowed and fogged and now they are shiny and clear again! That was a huge deal to me. I bought one of those kits and was going to try to do it myself. I can’t decide which I’m more excited over – my clear bright head lights or the super cool flash light pen he gave me as a parting thank you gift. I had a dented fender? Oh yeah…

I was fed up with another car repair shop around the area due to the lack of customer support and I chose Little Red’s due to their high Unilocal ratings, and there is definitely no regret here as Little Red’s had done an excellent job on the repair and was able to handle the insurance company on their own without much of my own effort.
The manager Gus is super friendly and helpful through the entire process, gave me several calls updating the progress of the repair and walked me through everything the shop did at the end. The work was superb and the car was returned to me like new. Definitely went above and beyond my expectation both in terms of customer support and professional service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone for any future damage repairs or other modifications to your vehicles.
