Do I have to give this place a star! I worked for this woman Sonia for a week! She let me go Mothers Day and she is refusing my calls! I haven’t got paid and really hopes she calls me back because it’s not looking like she going to pay me. I worked 38 hrs and filled up her whole cooler with beautiful arrangements for Mother’s Day I did all of the crazy holiday madness for nothing. She seemed like a respected woman and I should of quit the second day I feel like a idiot for continuing! Yes the roses do look terrible maybe 1 or 2 packages looked nice out of 15 to be honest. Reason why for the roses being so gross because she yelled at me for putting them in water(same with tulips)! In water! Yes she told me she wasn’t going to put them in water because they had special chemicals on them(I worked in the floral business and they have those chemicals for only shipping matter). I was told water is what feeds flowers duh and her skills are awful! And told me I wasn’t professional because I wouldn’t use a knife in cutting flowers and told me she was better because she was a nurse who cares these are flowers! Her phone customer skills are also horrible she gets very confused and usually hangs up on her customers! Far as the pay thing goes I’ll report her and try my hardest! She supposedly going to quit the flower business and hoping she does she is a crook & fraud!!!

Horrible! This place is a joke! You can go to Safeway and buy three dozen roses and they would of lasted longer! I ordered some roses for my mother, when she recieved the arrangement it looked like a 4th grader that put it together. I spent $ 70 and she only recieved 5 roses. The roses didn’t even open, so I called the owner Sonya, she didn’t even apolzied, her excuse was that it was a busy day. FULLOFEXCUSES! I asked if they could replace the flowers, she acted like I didn’t buy them from her store. When she finally did replace them it still looked like shit! Do not buy from her! Safeway is the better way to go then her shitty service. I didn’t even want to give her a star but you have to, to post the comment.

AWFUL! DON’T ORDERFROMHEREUNLESSYOUWANTDEADFLOWERSDELIVERED! I ordered a dozen roses for delivery and they delivered diseased half dead roses! I called to complain and the owner emphatically denied it when I have I have pictures of them! She(Sonia) was also very rude and basically hung on me! Shows how much they care about their customer service or lack of! She also said they would resend out another order the next day which they never did. She refused to refund my money as well! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. There is a common problem with fungus I found out with yellow roses, which the florist should know and they should never have sent out roses with black spots and wilted greens. If I could give them no stars I would!

It has been more than 14 years since we moved out of San Leandro, but we always return to Lynn’s Floral Design when we need to make a floral purchase. Recently, we needed an arrangement for a funeral & spoke with the owner after hours. She patiently took my order, assuring me the design would arrive on time. I told her what we wanted in the arrangement and our $$ limitations, which she assured me was no problem. When we went to the wake, the floral design was truly outstanding. Very tasteful in design and showed the beauty of the fall colors in flowers. Execllent job, great customer service, and VERY reasonable pricing. Will ALWAYS return to this place to conduct our floral business
