Star Copy

I am a New York Life agent. My office is in San Ramon and I live in San Leandro, several minutes away from Star Copy. I have all my sales materials printed by Star. Raj, the owner, is great at design, meeting deadlines and is a terrific person as is his wife. They’re want to help.
I do all my faxing, photocopying and scanning at Star Copy– recently my home scanner died and I didn’t replace it – why spend the money when there’s Raj and Star Copy a few min
from my home.

We needed to get some legal papers printed out from our email, sign and email back. Raj and his sweet wife were very patient while we worked with an incompetent assistant to our attorney!
Something that should have been simple became very complicated because of the assistant. Raj stuck with us and made some very helpful suggestions! No matter how many people came in he didn’t put us on the back burner! Plus the cost of this was very reasonable!
We recommend this awesome local business to everyone!

I came to Raj just a few days before my father-in-law’s memorial service and I was in need of obituaries. I started working with another business and things were not working out. I came across this business from looking on Unilocal and he had greats reviews. I called Raj on the phone at first and he told me to come in. Raj was pleasant and I was able to see some of the previous work he had done which was excellent. All I had to do was email Raj what I wanted with all the information and he made it happen and got the job done for me in time for the memorial service on 4÷25÷15. My family received so many compliments about how beautiful the obituaries are. I am hard to please and I was overly impressed with your work and professionalism. Thank you for seeing my vision and making it come to life Raj. I will definitely do business with you in the future for printing and will also recommend others to you. Keep up the great work!

I had a really bad experience at Star Copy. The owner is 100% absolute asshole. We were there to pick up a CD that he made for us. Then we said we wanted to see the video first and he started getting an attitude, yelling at us. He was busy, so me and my wife offered to watch the video by ourselves while he goes back to work, so he retaliated by getting mad and telling us that he won’t sell the DVD, screaming and yelling and telling us that he doe not want to see us anymore. I have owned a restaurant for 20+ years and I have never experienced anything like this. Even when I deal with the worst of customers I do not yell at them. Meanwhile me and my wife are being reasonable customers and he throws a temper tantrum at us. Completely unprofessional and I would never go here again.

This place is a family run copy shop located in downtown San Leandro, I needed some business cards made a had no idea where to start. I just walked in and the owner was more than accommodating. He walked me through all the steps, pricing, and I was more than pleased. He then took down my information, made a design, had me come check it out and it came out beautiful. I ordered 1000 colored business cards and got them the same day. Fast, professional, inexpensive, friendly, and it’s supporting a local business. I was more than pleased. Then I came back a second time to get funeral programs printed. The owner gave their condolences, told me what I needed to bring, and same with the business cards. They came out beautiful. 5 stars for this place. They seriously do everything here from laminating, to faxing, to putting together books, and of course regular copies. For sure recommend this place.
