Employees are very helpful here. I usually come here whenever I need to print something. Its fast and convenience.

I suppose my box wasn’t up to their standards. It always seems as if they always look for a reason to reject my package UNLESS I was paying for a label through them. If I pre-​paid my label they always seem to want to repackage my box or some crap like that. So I took the same box they rejected to the Pleasanton Fedex and they accepted it no problem. Better off avoiding this place.

I came here a couple times. The staff are friendly and my packages delivered fine. I had to deduct a point though as there was one staff I saw twice, that kept insisting the zip code I write was incorrect. I checked it and it was fine. Some cities use the same zip code. Perhaps he was new. Another time, I was in line first and he went to help someone else that just walked in the store afterwards. Not a mean staff but just not very bright.

IN GENERAL FEDEX IS THE WORST CARRIER IN MY OPINION, UPS AND EVEN USPS DOES A BETTER JOB, I set up where fedex hold my package and I pick it up and when I use tracking it said it tender at facility so I call custumer to see if it ready to pick they say no but 2 hours went but still the same status so I decide to walk in and ask personally to see my package was there and it was, the was one lady scanning at an snail pace and the whole place has no custumer except me no sense of errgeancy

They wouldn’t send out our package because it «rattled» too much and «wasn’t up to their standards» when we received our laptop in the same exact packing box and nothing was wrong with it. No dents in the box AND it had packing material inside. This company just wants your money spent on their boxes and their wrapping! And it costs $ 23+ to repackage it with them. Absolutely ridiculous! Im only giving them 2 stars because they gave my husband a discount and it brought the price down to $ 16, but still. Shouldn’t have even spent a dime!
Their employees are great and very helpful and we understand that it is more than likely not their fault and more the company’s, but it’s ridiculous when your package is wrapped safely and with packing material already. I mean, it’s our laptop, why wouldn’t we wrap it carefully the first time around?! And with that, we’re going to stick with ups and usps from now on! Never had this «rattling» problem with them before.

OK I have to say that I was very frustrated when I wrote my first review. When I went back it was a much better experience. They are still however understaffed for the amount of business they do.

My husband and I came in to print our seating list on poster size heavy duty paper. Solomon helped us from start to finish and fixed up the tiny details to make it nice. He also had it done the same night. Very reliable, I recommend getting service from Solomon he’ll take care of what you need.

I was a loyal Fedex customer for over ten years when I was in San Francisco. The staff at the SoMa branch were awesome.
I have since moved and I’m sad to say I’m no longer a Fedex customer because of the employees at this San Leandro branch who make it SO DIFFICULT to ship any package.
Eight out of 10 times my packages were refused because it made the slightest rattling sound. Several times they asked me to open the package to check the content and they could clearly see the items (shoes, clothes, etc.) were not fragile and were properly packaged. Still it was refused.
Well, ENOUGH, I say. And hellooooo UPS!
UPS took all the packages that Fedex refused and shipped them with not even a blink and they all reached their destinations perfectly.
So the lesson here is, if you must ship Fedex, don’t go to this location. Something is wrong with the management and/​or training of the staff or they have been seriously traumatized by some poorly packed package for them to be so picky about it now. I don’t wish to get anyone fired but some re-​training is in order. But I guess I won’t know about it since I’m never going back.

Everytime i come here to ship something, i am always in line for 10 – 15 minutes. It really shouldnt take this long. They need to hire more people. Will not be coming back again. Oh and one more thing… There is NEVER any parking. So if u have a lot to carry in… Forget about it

I come here for some of my printing needs. They don’t have much as far as office supplies go. There are self service and full service stations. When you drop something off to be printed expect to wait or get it later. Every time I have them print something like a syllabus it’s at least a 2 hour turn around they tell me. Why 3 stars. Because they are not very helpful and when trying to do full service they do everything possible to get you to do self service instead.

Horrible. Called store 3 times and the phone ring over 20 times each time I called no one answered. everytime I go into the store there’s a huge line and no one is being helped.

I have gotten my school project books bound here twice and both times it came out flawless. Solomon is an amazing employee and both times helped bind my book quickly and efficiently.

The slowest worst service. My 80 year old grandma can finish what 3 people are working on here and she needs a cane to get around.

This place is a technological joke. I needed to print a document so I loaded a PDF on a thumb drive and went in for some self-​serve printing. Stupid Problem #1 — their machines have absolutely no idea what a Mac is, so it couldn’t read my thumb drive. I saw on the menu that the machine supports Google Drive, so sure, let’s try that. Stupid Problem #2 — I have 2-​step authentication enabled on my Google account, and this thing (and the people «working» there) had absolutely no idea how to deal with that. The only way I was able to print my document was to open in on my phone and email it to them. Not pleased.

I was surprised to experience a long wait on a Monday morning @ 11 am. Many people needed assistance with self help computers, fax, machines etc and it seemed that a staffperson hadn’t checked or provided needed maintainance. Otherwise, it seemed like a conveniently located facility with much to offer. Just don’t be in a rush.

45 cents a minute at their computer workstation and their outdated browsers aren’t able to access Google Drive. AVOID!

Why doesnt the management people do something to this location. Customer services are hell in here. People are rude, slow, and dont give a shxt for your business. Every time i am in here just to drop off a prepaid pkg still takes forever. People are just taking their freaking time and takes ten mins to scan my pkg. Cant stand this place, i am only here because the pkg i am dropping off is prepaid by the other end and I need a receipt for dropping it off or else i do NOT wanna be in here at all. Fedex people do something if you still want people to do business with you.

I planned my entire day around them being open at 7 on weekdays (their hours on Unilocal and posted on their door). Get there at 830 and no ones there. What kind of business advertises hours and doesn’t follow them.
They got two stars because I’ve used them before and it’s a great place to print something cheap. But so are all the other fedex stores. So I’ll be going to them from now on.

Call me impatient but the person who looks like manager working the front is taking his time. As if people aren’t in line.
Then when I had asked another lady that was just walking around behind the counter for help she said «you should wait for someone else it’s past my time». If it’s past «your time» then why the hell are you walking around behind the counter like you’re looking for something to do… makes no sense… pissed me off.

This place for sure does have all the tools. I even use this place for my job, however, the only reason why I am giving it 3 stars is because I wanted to use their Sony picture printing machine. I placed some photos on my USB to put into the machine, but when I did it did not allow me to upload the pictures onto the machine. I asked them to help me, but for some reason it would not upload onto the machine. The workers their were confused to because they would upload for the regular printer and their work computer, as for the photo machine it would not work. Besides that little mishap the other tools they have for home and work matter is awesome!
