I started doing mobile orders because it is so convenient you are just in and out in less than a minute. I usually visit the South Shore Alameda Starbucks. NEVER again will I come to this one on Marina Blvd in the shopping center. I created my order and it processed on Thursday 06÷16÷167:56am and stated it would be ready in 2 – 4 minutes. My order wasn’t ready until 8:06am 10 minutes after I placed the order! I should’ve just stood in line! The worse part was the terrible service I got. I walked in and said, «Excuse me I placed a mobile order» he answered, «yea well we have a lot of mobile orders». So I said, «Can you check if mine is ready?» He said«No, I don’t know your name». Ok, you’re in customer service you should probably say something along the lines of «Let me get your name so I can check for you.» This was so RUDE!!! I spoke to a lady asking for a manager and she said we don’t have one right now, but you can talk to me her name was Jennifer. I told her about the issue and she said 2 – 4 minutes? As if she didn’t know the mobile app gives you a time frame when the order will be done. I mean seriously you work there. Talk about lack of training. Then when I said how rude the barista was and how my order wasn’t ready she made all the excuses of having a long line and how the drinks just get in line with all the other orders. Then tell me, what is the point of Mobile orders?! This was a terrible experience! I will never go here again. South Shore Town Centre Starbucks in Alameda is the BEST!

I used to work within this shopping plaza many years ago and I came back to this area because I had clinicals at Kaiser across the overpass. I stopped by one more to grab coffee. I walked in with the line almost out the door, but the baristas got the line moving pretty fast. Orders were taken pretty quickly and drinks were made in a timely manner. I think this location has remodeled since the last time I came here years ago. Or maybe they redecorated? Either way, it looks a lot nicer now.

This is the best Starbucks ever and I go to many Starbucks. All over the Bay Area and the city of San Leandro this is by far the best service wise as in helping customers being friendly and being fast they have the best system for mobile orders they constantly check in if you haven’t picked it up yet they will fix your orders they never have an attitude even when their customers are grumpy. Milton and Jeremy are awesome but really all the staff are great!!! I have been coming here for about eight years and my aunt probably double that this is the only one she goes to even when there are others closer to her work.

Ordered a Peach Green Tea Lemonade. They were supposed to put 7 pumps. I saw the girl put only four in both mine(large) and someone else’s a small. I confronted her about it she snapped and said that wasn’t your order, referring to the small order and claimed that she put more pumps in mine. I didn’t want to argue. Also, I didn’t realize it until a moment later that not only did she lie with an attitude, she fulfilled all the orders of the customers that came in after me before completing my order. Sorry folks but I have to go straight to the matter. This young group of workers at the San Leandro Marina location are bigots. Perfect location for Donald Trump. Will never spend one cent at this location. Will also make sure that all of my friends and their friends do not patronize this location.

Just like most other branches though on the smaller side and no reserve roasts or Clover brew. Good for a quick cup on the go.

Starbucks aren’t all alike. this locale must be the grandfather of the east .bay.. small shop. no restrooms seen. less than 10 tables for seating. parking lot jammed. brew: coffee(m.2,25) –heard dark roast out, so must be medium roast –smooth, not bold, ok drips: –single line, moved quickly. –lots of eats(pastries, sammies) on the shelves.

I’m sitting here at the Marina Square Shopping Center Starbucks juts relaxing sipping coffee and Unilocaling along on the free WiFi. This is actually quite a nice outlet here, clean and newish looking. Service was fine, in that I only order house coffee and leave room for cream! It’s a semi busy store it looks like. I found a table to set up my lap top at. The WiFi signal is good in here as well. It’s a nice place to hang out with other shop at the outlet stores. I’d come back to this location, no problem.

I would like to thank the staff at this Starbucks. I have been to Many Starbucks and this one stuck out in a good way. I walked in with the line out the door… super busy! The line moved very quickly and I was in the front. I placed my order and realized I left my wallet in my vehicle. I told the young lady I need to run to my car I had forgot to grab my wallet. She said with a smile no worries I make sure everything is ready when you come back. I walked in to the front of the line and paid my tab. As I go to the coffee bar a gentleman named Jeff Said thank you Armando have a great day! I felt the service was great had to right a note. Thank you Starbucks Marina. Put me in a good mood! Fast and great service everyone was pleasant!

Super clean and fast store. Before i went to lunch i was at this location in San Leandro. They are super busy and they move pretty quickly. I like the lay out of the store although their outlet plugs are few and far between. Thankfully everyone was aware of that was willing to shift/move to share the sockets. It’s in an outlet plaza and there seems to be quite a bit of traffic. Would come again if in the area.

When I’m out in this area this is always my go to lunch spot. I’ve been coming here for years. Since before Starbucks was cool. I’m a Starbucks hipster, what can I say? Their premade sandwich case is always full and fresh. My go to drink is an iced Americano. One bad thing, they don’t have a bathroom. Its a nice decently sized Starbucks, with no bathroom. Even small stores in Oakland have bathrooms for customers. Its weird. Anyway, come in get a snack and a little pick me up and be on your way.

I’ve only been here a couple times, but I really want to commend this Starbucks for what I observed today. So after a morning run at the Marina I decided I wanted some coffee, but knew that I would hit a long line at any Starbucks I went to. This Starbucks was the closes one to the Marina so I drove here. The line was sooooo long when I got in, but they had two cashiers taking orders, so it made the line move a little quicker. For some reason even though there were so many people in line and ordering drinks, my drink came out so quick. Not once did I think to myself this drink is taking forever, what gives. Usually when there is a long line at Starbucks the workers take forever to make my drink, but this Starbucks has there momentum on point!!! Good job guys, keep it up! Long line fast drinks! I’ll be back hopefully this morning rush momentum is consistent!

Horrible customer service. The employee name i think he wrote his name John on his name tag. the dude was so disrespectful cause he runs his mouth, with his sacrasm and condecening tone. Tries to be funny but its not. I try to control my anger and not punch this kidnin the face. When ask what my gf name was he was messing around and try to make fun of the way her name was spelled. And then his co worker ana in the background laughs in the background. To make it worst when the mocha was ready there was cream on top. We clearly told john that did not want cream on top and they gave us attitude when we told them that intially we didnt order the cream. I was piss can u belive the experience we have even though we tip as well. We finally decide to try a starbucks in a low class town san leandro and were we right about our guts. Your ppl that u hire are rude unprofessional and offensive. You need to get your standards up to the more intellectual, respectful, employees like walnut creek, layfette, san ramon etc. John mabye u need to change jobs cause u seem to be more of a jack a55 and try to be a comedian rather than a helpful starbucks employee. Get your damn orders right. Im wasting 10 mins of my life writinf this review but its worth it. I challenge anybody reading this to go to this location and tell me how john treats and talk to you. Cause this is the last time i come here. Only reason why i didnt punch u in the face cause my gf was with me and i did not want to make a scene. Grow up kid.

Pretty basic as far as Starbucks go. The line was too long, but that might be because he mall was crowded for the Memorial Day sale. I got a cup of coffee and it tasted exactly the same as every other cup of Starbucks coffee I have ever had — kind of hot, dry and tasteless. It woke me up though. So if you have been to any other Starbucks you k ow what to expect.

The team at this starbucks is really friendly! Super chatty, and they get the job done. The lobby is always nice and neat. & They are piloting the new wireless Powermat chargers in their lobby and they are cool.

Not as friendly as I am used to with the Starbucks in Hawaii… but they are just as fast with getting my drink order. I asked one of the cashiers to reload my card and she seems put off because she kind of gave an attitude when giving me my change. I was going to get a sandwich but decided not too and only ordered a tall iced Americano in a grande cup. The barista ended up not even putting water in my drink so it looked like it was a shot of espresso in a talk cup. When I asked her for a grande cup, she seemed put off with my request. Thank God I go home tomorrow! California is beautiful and great but kinda too attitudish for me.

I like coming to this Starbucks location, but it’s too Damn small, I can’t ever find seating for more than 1 person here. Also, everytime I come here it seems that they don’t have all the ingredients to complete my order(not enough syrup to make my vanilla latte). On the plus side; the staff is friendly, the coffee is strong, and they have free cell phone charging with Powermat.

If you come here anytime between 7:30 to 9:30 in the morning Monday — Friday be prepared to wait 15 to 20 minutes for your drink. Overall the staff at this location is pretty nice. This location does not have a drive throughand the parking is always full. All Starbucks are pretty much the same, the best time to go to Starbucks is during the holidays because that’s when the best lattes and Frapuccino’s come out. My two favorites are the Caramel Brûlée Latte and the new Chestnut Latte.

I recently started coming to this location over other local locations a couple months ago since I work right down the street and I love it! The staff is extremely nice and welcoming especially Kaitlyn. I come here before 7 am and sometimes I can’t even think straight about what I want to order– and since I go here so often she knows my order already– What more can I ask for when I’m half asleep in the morning?! Now that I’m no longer working early mornings, I still stop by here on my way to school in the mornings because I like this location so much! I have never experienced waiting in line a long time because I go fairly early, but I know there can be a huge line sometimes(i’ve seen it while i drive past it) but the staff works as fast as they can to make sure you get your drink in a timely manner.
