I came here with months of re growth because I had been trying to grow my eyebrows thicker. I told the lady please keep them thick. She removed all the regrowth and then some. It was like she was following my old eyebrow shape instead of creating a new one. To make things worse she says to me one eyebrow is thinner then the other. Why not leave some of my regrowth to make them even? Nope. The shape was nice but after painstakingly growing them in only to find all my hard work had been removed was pretty rough. I will not be coming back.

I was very skeptical in coming here at first because there aren’t too many photos to see how other people’s eyebrows have turned out. My sister in law has been here multiple times and recommended that I go see Sita. Unfortunately she was out and I just couldn’t wait until my schedule was open the following week to go in. I took the chance and so glad I did. (Taking chances like this without doing much more investigation as to where I’m going usually don’t work out in my favor)
I walked in with no appt. There were three ladies ahead of me but I didn’t wait more than 15 minutes to get in the chair with just one worker on the shift. It was the first time I had done threading and it wasn’t bad at all. It was intense at first because unless you have done it before you don’t really know what to expect but if you’ve done waxing then you can handle it.
Only thing that was off was that she didn’t put any aloe vera on me after she just did to the three clients ahead of me. I could have said something but it was no big deal and didn’t want to risk any reaction with my sensitive skin.
Looking forward to seeing how hair grows back with threading and how long it takes to grow back. Hoping for the best and I would definitely be going back. I hope this place doesn’t disappoint with future visits that end up providing inconsistent service care. Other than that, a great first experience!

It used to be $ 30 for a full face thread when I came here, now it’s $ 40 and she didn’t even massage my face with aloe or anything. My face is a little irritated and itchy now and it’s been two days.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a very long time because I love this place. Sita and the staff are friendly and thorough. Its conveniently on my way home from work and the waits are very short, if any. I’ve been frequenting this salon for quite a few years now and have never been disappointed.

Sita is awesome. She really is good and fast! She is also very sweet and patient with this cry when it comes to my sides. Lol!

Love this place. Close to work. No appointments necessary. Sometimes there’s a wait (esp before the holidays) but my eyebrows are always on FLEEK when I leave. In and out of the chair in under 10 minutes. Need I say more?

Worth every penny.

Came here to get my eyebrow threading a couple of weeks ago. Overall service was really great (the ladies do a quick threading job and there was no wait even though I was a walk-​in), but at $ 10 for eyebrows, you can get it done more cheaply elsewhere.

Fast, efficient, friendly service. Fair price, nice results. I’d recommend this to a friend and will go again instead of getting my eyebrows waxed. I prefer thick brows, and this place delivered.

During the week I usually go in and the lady does a good job. The girl today was okay. The problem was her hands did not smell clean and she smelt like BO. I will not go in anymore unless the other lady is there…

Let me start by saying I have pretty good natural brows on their own, with no shaping really necessary. I never pluck unless I have a crazy stray.
I came in today, though, and the woman did such an awesome job cleaning me up. They’re really my brows but better! She didn’t change the shape really, but what she did was so great.
The aloe at the end was nice, too, with a short forehead/​eyebrow/​temple massage.

I liked the way my eyebrows turned out and it was fast lol I hate sitting in the chair for so long getting my eyebrow hair pulled out! Ouch lol I wish I had gotten the name of the girl who did my brows, I gave 3 stars only because they didn’t trim my brows after threading & had to trim at home, which isn’t a big deal but I prefer they do it for me lol

Really really good. I have been very skeptical about getting my eyebrows done after I had a bad experience at a different location before. It has been months since I have groomed my eyebrows and I thought it was time to get them done.
This place was specifically recommended to me by my best friend. I am very pleased with the results. The girl was really fast too! I will definitely be coming back

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon with no wait. My brows hadn’t been touched in two months. They cleaned them right up! If you say yes to aloe gel you get a little head massage!
Parking is free at the Safeway half a block away. I made the mistake of paying for a meter before I realized!

Love this place! Great price & service! I’ve tried other places & they jus don’t compare.
My eyebrows are always nicely cleaned up & never threaded too thin which is why I don’t wax them!
I also think it’s great they have the loyalty card 10 sessions & the 11^th is free!
Sita is my favorite girl to go to!

Sita is absolutely amazing at what she does. I love going to her for my eyebrows. They’re always even and I get many compliments on them. She is even able to thread while my baby sits on my lap. I highly recommend this spot!

You can never go wrong with threading… especially when you found the right spot! First time, I just simply walked-​in, sat /​leaned on the seat immediately, the lady took her time and did an amazing job in perfecting shaping my brows. Second time, I waited for a bit… however, I didn’t mind at all since the ladies here are always nice and accommodating. She did a usual clean-​up on my brows which came out looking fierce. For sure will be coming back for the next one (;

I came here to get my eyebrows done since they had such good reviews and it’s close to where I live. I was pretty disappointed afterwards because my eyebrows are uneven!!! She already made them pretty thin, so there was no point in fixing it. I don’t want to have no eyebrows by the time I left.
She does shape them nicely though, but each of my brows are different! It didn’t really hurt, but my skin did get a little irritated. Small bumps formed when I went home.
The only thing that is saving me from embarrassment is that I have long side bangs that cover one of my eyebrows. I won’t be coming back.
