I will never patronize this location again late at night. First of all their is a lot of shady characters inside and outside the restaurant. Second: the workers are goffying off and not taking work seriously. I caught one of the workers eating food and not washing her hands afterwards. She continue to bag food and while still eating her burger. I walked out of there cause it was to gross. Who in the hell wants a worker to serve their food with a greasey mouth and hands, yuck!!!

I visited this McDonald’s on several occasions during my commute. The restaurant is ok(like any typical McDonalds) but their customer service is terrible. Last week, a set of 10 nuggets was missing from my order. However, when I came back to the restaurant, the manager refused to give me my missing item! Apparently, other customers have tried to con them out of food this way, and now they won’t fix your order after you walk out! I’m disappointed in the service.

There’s a manager here that should be recognized. She’s the African American manager with her hair tied back(I don’t know her name) and always seems like she’s enjoying her job and you could tell she gets along with her employees and very patient with them when they have questions. Every time I go she tries her best to get the order right and get it to the customer as fast as possible. I have never seen her look frustrated or stressed even though it’s busy. Superb customer service in a stressful position. Don’t see this kind of service much in this field anymore.

I used to come here when there was still a blockbuster in front(yes, I’m old) but it’s kind of gone down hill over the years. It’s better than a few Mickey D’s which I’ve gone to in the past, but there are usually a couple of vagrants both inside and outside. Not all of them will ask for money when inside, but there are few who will try to converse with you while eating. The service is quick, even at times when it’s packed. Although, being able to find parking nearby can be difficult at times due to there being several other places of business/dining around.

Ordered 3 different items at 3:20 am. All 3 items were made incorrectly(plain cheeseburger wasn’t plain, egg mcmuffin with NO meat! Of course it had meat in it that my gf who’s a vegetarian had a bite by accident), not to mention the guy in front of me had an order that was wrong as well. Difference is I didn’t notice my order was wrong til I got home. Gee thanks

The cashier named Sharena really needs to at least pretend that she is ok with being at work. I’ve had her take my order numerous time, and each time she just gets ruder and less interested in her job.

Obviously when you review a McDonalds location you’re not commenting on the food quality. My cashier acted like a complete ass. When I asked if they were giving minion toys out with their happy meal, he looks at me and says, «No.» I smile at him, figuring he’s probably just joshing me since I’m probably the 59th parent coming in with their kids for that purpose. Without even breaking a smile, he continues, «ask a stupid question, that’s what you get.» I decide to let this slide, it’s 2pm and I figure he’s dealt with some annoying customers and is just preemptively taking it out on the next customer. But then he just says«apple slices with the happy meal»(not a question just a statement). So I say no, my kids want the gogurt. He responds, «how was I supposed to know that if you don’t say anything?», to which I respond I was gonna tell you but you didn’t ask me yet. The final straw was when they made a mistake on my order and gave me a mcdouble instead of mcchicken(as it clearly indicated on my receipt). When I approached the cashier again, I showed him the receipt and the incorrect sandwich and asked, «aren’t mcchicken sandwiches supposed to contain, like, chicken meat?»(since he loves stupid questions apparently). He responds by saying he doesn’t know how that happened, barks at the food preparers to make a mcchicken, then just slides it across the counter to me without a word or apology. Good job McDonalds, way to train your employees in proper customer service.

Food here is comparable to all other mcDonald restaurants, that being said, I don’t like the customers there, you get a diversity of people, and I don’t mean racially diverse, but sanity diverse from sane to crackheads, homeless, schizophrenics and even perverts who sit at the corner taking pictures of big booty girls at the counter ordering. This one particular instance I didn’t like was with that Mexican manager(looking like she’s been working in vegetation all her life) who wouldn’t break my $ 5 for bus fare after I’d spent $ 8 on food. Their customer service is OK overall, just that Mexican manager I don’t like.

First off I ordered my meal with a shamrock shake, pull to the 1st window paid when I get to the 2nd window they tell me there out of that shake. So they gave me a vanilla shake instead(not sure if there is a price difference) I didn’t get any change back. I get home and open my chicken nuggets and find disgusting mold on one of them!!! Ew, needless to say I lost my apatite and I won’t be back! Gross get ur act together you could really make people sick! Smh…

This place is always busy. The line is always long. The cashier took a while to give me my receipt and change. But you do get your order pretty quickly. You always come across some interesting people. The last time I walked in, there was an individual asking me if I wanted a candy bar. Me being the couponer, I can buy pretty cheap candy. So, no thanks. And never take candy from a stranger.

My go-to quick-to-eat lunch place, but every time before I stop in, I pause for a quick second to prepare myself for what’s to come — all sorts of weird in line for McChickens, McDoubles, and Mini Meals. Just earlier today, I stopped in for lunch and this guy cuts everyone in line and went straight to the cashier to order. The cashier informed him there was a line, and then she pointed at the rest of us standing there. He looks at her, looks at us, then with an agitated tone of voice, says, «But I’m so hungry. I can’t wait in line.» And he stands to the side(not even in line) repeating how hungry he is. Everyone in line unanimously agreed to let him cut us. Who knows what’d he do if he didn’t get that McDouble. While waiting for his order, the same guy started a conversation with the Loomis driver(also waiting for his order), and asked him how many ways can he break $ 35. The Loomis driver appeared taken aback by the question, I mean, who in their right mind would ask that. Not missing a step, the guy answered his own question. «Two tens and three fives… what else? Oh! Seven fives… hahahahahahaha.»(imagine creepy hysterical laugh). Luckily, my number was called, I grabbed my food and bolted. If it wasn’t for the $ 1 McChickens, I swear I would never step foot in there again.

McDonalds my love, so good and addicting, yet so bad for me!): Every time I come to McDonalds, I always order some of my usual items, which are: McChicken, crispy BBQ snack wrap, crispy southwest salad with extra southwest dressing(my friend: going to McDonalds for a salad is like going to a prostitute for a hug -.-), chicken mcnuggets, fries, chicken mcbites. Of course, I can’t forget my dear sweet tea, only $ 1! It’s McDonalds. Of course it’s unhealthy for you, but it’s also fast food, which means it’s cheap, quick to get, and convenient! I don’t always come here, but whenever I’m in a state of depression, money-wise, I come to McDonalds for a cheap meal. And then after shoveling greasy fries and washing sugary tea down my throat, I always try not to cry at the thought of how many calories I’ve just ingested. Oh well. I came here today to grab a quick snack for my friend’s mom. Excuse me, but how long could it possibly take for you to grab a yogurt parfait from out of the fridge, place it in a bag, along with a spoon, napkins, and a pack of granola, and call out the number 49??? Had me waiting ten minutes just for a parfait. Ugh.

The McRib is back! That timeless pleasure made of bone-less rib-a-cue caressed by a sesame seed bun, Oh how I can’t wait. What you say? It’s made from the same materials found in Yoga mats and shoe soles? Uh, I guess that’s still OK. Silliness aside, this a fine McDonalds. I’ve won a free medium fries through their Monopoly game here, and they’ve served me politely and quickly numerous times. Additionally, they have a core group of seniors who have lunch or coffees there, and they’re served with dignity and care. Good job guys.

People can say whatever about McDonald’s but I will always love McDonalds. Growing up I was the pickiest eater, I was so picky that after my mom had me she didn’t want anymore kids. McDonalds was one of those things that I would always eat so to appease me and to get something in my stomach my parents bought me McDonalds at least once a week. Now that I’m in the medical profession its not something I would recommend to all but in my case I don’t think I turned out to shabby. In another words I’m not obese or diabetic. For the last week and a half I’ve been fighting off a nasty stomach flu. I wasn’t able to keep solid foods down and actually since Monday I’ve started eating solid foods again. But the whole time I was sick, I kept thinking and dreaming about eating a Big Mac. That’s all I want a Big Mac. So if your reading this God, can you speed up my recovery process so I can finally have my Big Mac?

I got out of my English class early today and had a coupon for a free medium fry and drink with purchase of one of the new Angus burgers. I got there at what appeared to be 10:30AM on my watch, the woman behind the counter politely insisted it was 10:25 and told me it was still five minutes until lunch time. Which was weird because this was probably the first time I was ever five minutes early for lunch rather than 5 minutes late for breakfast. Anyways, I decided to lean up against a small post and wait my five minutes since I was going to get a free drink and fries out of the deal. Then seemingly out of nowhere, an older Asian woman said«It’s okay your watch is one time. They’re clock is just slow.» We began to have a conversation about what we were each going to order and how she came to this place every week. After a few minutes, the woman working the counter waved us over and we got to order. I got my free drink and fries with no problem and even got another coupon with my bag for the same deal, it was at this point I was enjoying my visit. Then, all at once it went bad. Yeah, yeah, I know I harp on McDonald’s sometimes but I have my reasons. This time it was the woman making my burger who spilled the seasoning salt all over it and still insisted it was okay. Well, it wasn’t. The entire center was salt. I scraped it and finished it, but quickly went to get a refill to wash down the taste of seasoned salt and bland burger. It wasn’t all bad, but it wasn’t exactly kosher either. I may try this again and see if this is standard just to update this Unilocal post, but don’t hold your breath. I’m not sure my gallbladder can handle this again this week. I am a glutton for punishment, but I think I’ll avoid using my coupon. At least for a little while. CHAD
