Admittably, I am hard to please. But this dry cleaners is AMAZING. Took my fancy stuff here and she was able to repair broken zippers, tighten buttons and clean that expensive taffeta dress that no other cleaner could. Prices are FAIR and the turn around time is great!

I’ve been searching San Leandro for the best and cheapest place to get my husbands shirts laundered and pressed. I think this is it! It only cost $ 1.75 for each shirt even the larger ones. Another place I was going near sbux was charging $ 2.99-$ 3.99 each shirt.
Plus its right next to my favorite coffee shop Roccabs! Yay! I love those dual stops!
Cool staff and they take credit and debit cards no matter the amount. Other place had a $ 10 minimum.

GREAT cleaners. My parents own a cleaner, but I had to bite the bullet and take some of my clothes elsewhere and I gotta say… Russell Heath was awesome!!! The woman that owns the place is super understanding and friendly… I found out she’s been in the business for over 20 years!!! Daaaaang. That’s pretty amazing.
Prices are very reasonably priced. Got a couple pants hemmed and they came out looking great. Had pants altered in LA once and ONE pair cost $ 25.00…I got both my pants hemmed at Russell Heath for even less! Woohoo!!!
My dry cleaning standards are pretty high and I must say… top notch cleaning plus great service… if you’re in need of a good, trustworthy dry cleaners… head on over to Russell Heath. :)

I don’t use dry cleaners much so I can’t say whether or not this is the best shop to go to, but in my experiences with Russell Health Cleaners the staff has always been friendly and professional, and my clothes have always come out looking great. The prices are very reasonable as well, even when I’ve taken in things like jackets to be cleaned. They apparently do tailoring as well, but I haven’t used that service to comment on it. A convenient location two minutes from my house; the only complaint is that the street side parking is limited and sometimes it’s hard to get a space. But then again I’ve mainly walked to this place, so that’s not too big of an issue.

I thought Russell Heath Cleaners was one of the better cleaners in the area till I brought in a new shirt still with tags and extra buttons. They dry cleaned it with the tags and buttons still on. The buttons melted and ruined the shirt. This was a black and white linen casual short sleeve shirt. The white was now spotted and gray in most places. Essentially it was ruined. George appologized, then offered a discount on the cleaning. Af ter seeing how upset I was (one of a kind expensive shirt I purchased on vacation) he then told me he would not charge me.
This experience and that sometimes in dealing with George, he can be a bit full of himself — rather gratuitous and less on the professional side (a bit mocking and condescending) — I’ve decided to move on.

Nothing has changed except the prices. But these days everything is almost going up so oh well. The service here is still great and wonderful that even though it’s out of our way we still go here. My wife dropped off a few thing yesterday and like always they are so friendly and helpful. Business there is good for them. I don’t know if it’s booming but hey, at least they haven’t closed down…

Dropped off a uniform last week and when I got the receipt I thought it was a mistake … the price for the same uniform shirt/​pant that I had been taking there increased $ 3.00? Three weeks earlier the cost to clean the same uniform was only $ 5.25! I called and asked to speak with George and was told that he no longer worked there and that he had sold the place. The woman asked who I was and I told her that I was a customer and that I thought the receipt I had gotten for the uniform was wrong since the price had increased so much … she said ‘Oh, the price is right’. For me, the price ISN’T right … a 60% increase in 3 weeks? Wow!

Russell Cleaners is the absolute best cleaners in town. They dry clean your clothes for a cheap reasonable rate. I like them so much I recycle my hangers for George the owner.
