Great service. I wanted a specific pair of shoes and they did not have my size. They found a pair at another store and had them shipped to me. They made sure I got the sale price and not charge for shipping. Friendly during the whole process.

Where are the workers!!! I just needed to ask a question but there was no one on the floor and ONE person behind the cash register. When she was done ringing up a customer, she came from around the counter to hand her her bag and I was standing RIGHT THERE, but she went back behind the counter and totally ignored me and started putting things away. I had to call her back to help me! No «Sorry», No «How may I help you?» just a dead pan look. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in looking for shoes because I’m going on a trip next week that deals with a lot of walking. I found some nice pairs, asked for the shoe size, and the ladies working there tonight 7÷10÷2015 were just plain RUDE AF. I asked the African American lady with long haired braids whether she preferred Gel Infused or Memory Foam and she replied with a rude tone. We then went on with our search and asked for a shoe size. She looked in the computer and said we should have it, goes to the back, comes walking back out in probably 1 minute, says «we don’t have it» and goes on with fixing the shoes. We then find another pair which is supposed to go with the display, turns out they’re not matching sizes. So she takes both pairs and goes on with fixing the shoes again. Wtf? I would definitely NOT come back here. Skechers will NOT have my business if all their workers act like that. The other lady with the glasses was just as bad. She didn’t even try to help out. They lost out on 4 pairs of shoes. Whatever. Over it. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

There’s a great sale right now for Mother’s Day. Buy one pair, get the second one for 50% off. The workers are quick to greet you and assist you with merchandise locator. This is my first time being there and I had a great experience my first time around. The lady helped me find the shoe that was best suited for me. I got two pairs of shoes for $ 87!!! What a deal! I will update this once I wore in the shoes and rate the shoes I purchased!

The prices weren’t cheap unless you buy a second pair. The clearance section was limited for each size. On my way out, an employee stopped me and insisted on checking my purse. Wtf, can I even fit one shoe in there? That’s messed up. Go to Nike outlet instead. I was glad I did.

I was extremely impressed by the Service, and the product I received at this Skechers! I recently purchased my son a pair of Mega-​Flex sneakers which was recommended by one of the Associates and my son Loves them! The store was clean and organized, and the staff was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and just provided an overall outstanding shopping experience.

I took my mom here to look for non-​neon shoes and we were able to find her a pair. Everything has memory foam insoles it seemed and we weren’t approached or greeted when we entered to store. The workout gear was good but it’s odd to have clothes in a shoe store, I usually want to try on clothes first! Check out was quick but quiet, you generally want a little chit chat when buying something.
I might stop in for new shoes for my little brother but I didn’t really like anything for me.
