Bad service and disgusting food would not recommend Dennys at this location. Called to order lunch over the phone and when i arrived to pick up my food the order was wrong and incomplete. Person who took my order denied the fact that he made an error. The spaghetti sauce was dripping all over the bag and the meatballs were salty.

Just like any dennys diner. We were quickly seated and served. I was surprised our food came out so quick. I did notice the food wasnt pippin hot so I am assuming they probably cook in bulk for the Saturday rush. The presentation was messy like line cook style just all tossed onto the plate. Our waitress was super attentive and fast. Bathroom was messy and only one stall. Overall place to stop in if you want dennys and its off the freeway.

If there was an option to give zero stars that’s what they’d get. This Denny’s is absolute trash! I asked for nachos and they gave it to me with big chunks of tomatoes and onion(because they ran out of pico de gallo) which is something they should have mentioned. My friend also found a hair in his eggs and kindly asked to get a new plate and the chefs gave the dirtiest look(which made us feel extremely uncomfortable). If you want some good food on a Saturday night I’d rather have you go to jack in the box.

Asked for a grand slamwidch, it was so badly put together half of the egg was outside the bread, coffee was burned and was gross. Very poor attitude of the staff.

This Denny’s is my go-to restaurant whenever I visit Oakland. The food is always good, the floors and tables are kept clean and there’s never really a crowd on normal days. The bathrooms are sometimes clean and sometimes not. It’s also pretty small in there(1 urinal, 1 toilet for men) and the hallway which leads to it is a bit narrow. Now, I rarely get slow service here, but it has happened before, even when less than ten tables of small groups are present. Like I said, it’s rare. But, if you get a quick and friendly waiter/waitress be thankful for them cause it could be worse.

You can’t even give a negative 10 stars. We sat without even being acknowledged just to be seated and not be acknowledged. On that note we got up and left. I’m not giving my money to this shitty ass place. Ain’t comin back and it’s dirty as hell.

When you put the words«24 hours», «food» and«San Leandro» together, you get one of four responses– laughed at, «Nick’s», «Jack in The Box», or «Denny’s». Knowing this and working nights in the area, SUCKS, because they all get old, quick. In fact, Denny’s is a place I try to stay away from. Not sure why, but it ALWAYS seems like the few times I ever at one, I always got sick. This time, one of my co-workers told me to meet him there– I only said if it was on his dime. Mind you, that day, it was like a monsoon outside– probably the hardest I have seen it rain yet out in the Bay Area. When I got to the table, I liked how the ceiling constantly reminded that it was leaking. At that point, I didn’t care since I was already soaked, but it was annoying. Not having a clue what they had, I went over the menu and was amazed at all they had to offer. I got an Oreo milkshake, and some kind of «Crazy Spicy Skillet». Let me put it this way, the milkshake was the best part of the meal. In fact, one of the better milk shakes I have had– it was smooth and uniform, and went down like a champ. When the skillet came out, I was disappointed on site. It looked weak, like a wilted bed of flowers. It was OK at best, but left me hangry. I knew though, if I ate anymore Denny’s, I would probably get sick. By that point, I used my milkshake glass to catch all of the rain drops. By then, it almost looked like an elephant ejaculated on the table. Oops. I was just trying to NOT make a mess. I guess that plan backfired. Unfortunately, later that day, I ended up getting sick. I should have known better. Waffle House, where art thou?

This is a horrible Denny’s restaurant. I ordered a lumberjack slam, when my order arrived, the ham was as hard as the sole of my shoe and our server took forever to refill my coffee.

The service was the worst I’ve ever had. Our so called waitress took forever to place our order and when she supposedly placed it we waited more than an hour for no reason. There were clients who got seated at the same time we did and they were finished eating and we were still waiting on or order to come. Won’t ever be coming back to that Denny’s.Stephanie obviously has no experience as a waitress and she shouldn’t be working somewhere where she doesn’t fit in. And all this just happened today.

This place was actually really good, especially for a dennys, maybe because I of then came here on the weekend mid day and no one was there so they catered to only me. I usually only ordered the bacon cheese burger, which was delicious and came with an opition of avacado for an extra dollar. I also got a watter but you can a los have have soda for a dollar. My meal also came with fries and a pickle and overall was very delicious The overall atmosphere was ver nice, although not many people there,. They played nice soft music in the background, and bathrooms were always very clean. Waitress also chartered to my need which was great !! Overall, I gave this place a five star because I will go back when I’m in the area and the price is fairly inexpensive

The food is just ok. I feel like this is at all the Denny’s thought. I swear the food used to taste better. Every one i go to now just tastes bland. But the service was great. We just came after work. I ordered biscuits and gravy & my dad ordered the turkey club sandwich. I actually enjoyed the biscuits and gravy more than I thought I would though! They served us really quick too which was a plus!

Dennys is well just Denny’s Open in late hours, and usually not too long of a wait to get seated, plus wide selection. Thus, I’m usually at one due to my weird work hours. However, what really appalled me on this particular dennys is when I tried using the coupon I got from the emails they sent me, the cashier wouldn’t let me use the one on my phone, says I needed a printed version(With a mean attitude, mind you). I’ve used their coupons at other dennys and they let me. So I was appalled. Not only because I couldn’t use it(which doesnt make sense… because who has a printer nowadays with our always mobile lifestyles) but also the way they presented it to me. Needless to say, probably never coming here again unless absolutely neccessary. Sad to say, because our server was really nice; everyone else, perhaps not.

The food was just okay, not as good as other Denny’s I have been to. Didn’t care for the fries at all. The garden salad was ok. The chicken nuggets were pretty good.

If you have a lot of patience and lots of time then come to this location. Takes 10 – 15 minutes to get your order, takes about an hour to get your food and a lot of calling and asking for condiments like steak sauce or soda refill. SPENTHOURSTHERE! MORETIMEWAITINGTHANACTUALLYEATING! If you ask a different server for a refill, they will answer ‘this is not my table or I will call your server’. Talk about bad customer service. Food is also bad, ordered a medium well t bone steak, burnt on the outside and well done. Talk about a chewy steak, had to give up after a few bites. Went up to the cashier for my check, manager said, I had to WAIT for my server! AGAIN! Then when I got my check, wow! $ 33 tip written down?! Come on! I tipped $ 20 for a bad service! Out of the kindness of my husband’s heart! I STRONGLYDONOTRECOMMENDTHISRESTAURANTLOCATION!

Walked in and had a seat next to two ladies who were also waiting to be seated. Hostess came and got them and seated them. Hostess returns to the counter and goes back to ringing up customers, pushing paperwork, and then putting together silverware in napkins. Meanwhile I’m still sitting in my original spot to be seated. A family of 5 comes in and the hostess asks in Spanish(I’m assuming) «table for five». They get seated. I’m still waiting. When I see another party of three come through the door, I am determined to not be seated after them so I rise to my feet and approach the counter when I’m asked«table for one»? Duh. After I’m seated I peruse the menu and notice the new offerings«twisted» menu with the red, white, and blue pancakes catching my eye. I then look at the price for an $ 8 slam with 2 pancakes, 2 sausage AND2 bacon, eggs, hash browns, juice AND coffee. Yes please! I received my coffee and juice very quickly but the coffee cup had coffee coming down the side. I also wanted cream and sugar — as I reached for the sugar packets there were only 2 regular sugar packets left, one of which was covered in dry ketchup. Yuck. Food came out and I was underwhelmed. Bacon looked like dog bacon, eggs and hash browns were stiff and my pancakes were dry — I didn’t even offer to ask for more syrup. All of this stemmed from a craving I had for breakfast food. Here at Denny’s — you get what you pay for. I still left the waiter a tip. But next time I’ll skip this location and go back to the one on 150th — only when no other choices are available!
