UN-CUSTOMERSERVICE: About a month ago, one of the heavyset female hispanic employees took one look at my daughter and I as we walked up and decided that she wasn’t going to serve me with a smile. Oh my word — I have never felt so terrible while ordering a sandwich before. I guess she was embarrassed about serving pretty ladies? I could tell that she was jealous and an unhappy person in general, but come on — I was polite until she spoke to me with much huffing and puffing for just ordering something to eat. She was even snickering and giving us dirty looks after we had gotten our food. I won’t be coming to this Subway ever again.

I learned a lesson at this one today. If you see the bread cabinet full of bread stacked to the top of each shelf… that means they are going to sell you 1 and 2 day old bread. When you eat phony bread the very least condition you want it to be in is fresh made otherwise it is dry and not palatable. Not to mention crumbles and breaks all over the place. Also the employees today were speaking very badly about the customers in their own language and did not realize I understood every word they said about two customers. This location used to be much better food and service wise.

If I could give zero stars — I would. The costumer service should have been better. The gal who took my order, was acting like I was more of a bother because I ordered. Her vibe was she didn’t want to do this and she wanted to just stand there, get paid to do nothing. If you really don’t want to make sandwiches, perhaps you should try another job. If you are new and don’t know all the items that can be offered. Learn them. My opinion she was being a prick deliberately … which isn’t cool since I’m a paying costumer. I wasn’t being a difficult customer, I wasn’t rude — just ordering a sandwich.

If patience is your virtue, make sure you have it when you are here. I give this location 4 stars because the lone employee working when I came in at 5:30pm on a Friday was working her butt off and making great sandwiches with a smile. She had a great attitude given the fact that she had to deal with a line at Bayfair. The sandwiches were made to order and they tasted yummy. My gripe? No spinach! I actually did not see a spot where it may have«run out» so that was sad, but a decent experience overall.

Can’t go wrong with Subway right? This location delivers on the brand promise just fine. Friendly service with a smile: she even gave me an extra slice of cheese. OHYEAH. almost forgot, this is the FIRST Subway locale that had Pepper Jack cheese — MYFAV! Needless to say — happy here!
