The wait is ridiculous! Inside and through drive thru. The worst part about it is that they don’t update you on your order so you can wait for upwards of 10 minutes(which I’ve questioned why I wait so long) and never get a response from anyone. It shouldn’t be like this at a fast food join EVER. Oven been here many many times(again whyyyyy do I continue to try?!) and they always do the same thing!!!

I have never had such a terrible experience as I did tonight. It started at ordering, where I asked for grilled chicken and the guy inputted shredded chicken. I asked him three times to fix it and he just kept says ok. Then I get to the window and my soda is half full, I had it back to him and he tries to put another lid on it and give it back. Then he hands me a bag with two items in it. I ordered 4. Do he gives me another bag. I get home and everything is wrong except the quesadilla. Plus I ended up with 4 extra items I did not order.

Seriously??? If the place had been slammed, fine… Maybe… But there was only one car in front of us in the drive thru and no other customers for miles around. I only ordered 6 very basic, single items and 3 of them were the same. I applaud you for getting the 3 crunchy tacos with no cheese, correct. Good job!!! But everything goes out the window when you forget to give me my dessert empanada. Wtf. And of course I don’t notice till I’m at home, almost at the end of my meal, looking forward to dessert, only to find that the oh-so-competent Night Staff, so kindly decided to deprive me of that luxury. Thanks guys. Thanks for ruining my meal. The BF is very sad now.

This is the WORST taco bell I have ever been to! I went to the drive thru around 12:50 am and they refused to take my order because they were«closed» but they close at 1 am. I let it slide and went again(since its very close to my house) and the second time I waited about 40 minutes in the drive thru because they were taking orders very slow. I would have been able to avoid all that traffic if only they would have gotten my order correct the first time. The employees do not care at all and they will laugh in your face. Honestly bad customer service ! I recommend not coming to this taco bell! Make sure your order is correct before you leave because most likely they messed up.

The worst service i have ever received. Went there on 5÷10÷15 around 11:30PM ordered 2 grilled burritos and 2 chips and cheese. It was an Asian boy with brown highlights and long hair helping us an he was rude from the start. We did nothing wrong. I was in a hurry and was not able to check the bag on my way out the drive thru and when i got home not only did i have the wrong order but it was 3 Doritos taco shells with nothing in it. strange? called the place up and the nice lady working there that night apologized and said i can pick up the right order now or another day. She by far is the only one helpful because the next day i went back around the same time and when i went up to the drive thru to pick it up she was more than helpful besides the cooks in the background making fun of me saying«well happy valentines day» and laughing. I pulled up to the window and they all came to stare at me and the only person nice was the same lady from the beginning and she covered for them by saying oh I’m just sorry they’re just being silly. I think this is super unprofessional and will not be returning, at least not at that time of night. Even threw out the food because I’m sure they spit in or did something weird. I know I’m not exaggerating i work in customer service and this is very unacceptable. They need some new team members because this is not how you treat anyone.

This is the worst Taco Bell ever! We went inside since the drive through line was extremely long but we ended y waiting almost 30 mins for our food. This is not fast food.

I love Taco Bell, and this place makes some good Taco Bell food. The interior design is very reflective of the food itself in that it gives off a hint of Mexican flavor but you know it’s mostly low cost materials. I took away one star because I got instant diarrhea eating here once, but it hasn’t happened recently so it’s all good. Keep up the good work Tacobellians!

Really friendly customer service! We came in for a quick lunch and stacy was our cashier. She was very kind and patient. She mentioned it was her 1st week working and she seems very enthusiastic!

Taco Bell is Taco Bell; you can’t really expect too much out of it. When first opened it seemed like an upgrade on all of the rest; food tasted better, inside was more modern/comfortable, and food still came out crazy quick. But, time goes on it has found it’s way back with all the rest. I’ve had quick and easy experiences here, and also long and terrible. More recently I had to wait 25 minutes for 3 five layer burritos and a drink. They lost/had a mix up with my order as well as a few other customers. Each of us got the wrong food twice, and while one lady stormed out, the rest of us waited and got to see one of the employees throw their headset on the counter and walk out yelling«This is not my fault!» Pretty interesting. But I went last night with a $ 40 order for a group of friends that went without a hitch. So I hope you hit this place on a good day!

I got a churro from here and it was DISGUSTING it tasted rancid. I took one bite and spit it out! I had a taco bell churro before from a different location but it was soooo gross at this location. Makes me iffy about the rest of the food at this location.

This spot makes the best original crunchy supreme taco ever! Always. The tomatoes are chopped fresh, juicy and cold, sour creams on hit! Perfect amount of each ingredients, well stacked. I’ve tried tacos at plenty of other locations but this spot make them the best. The service is always great. Super convenient for on the go quick bite, freeway is just right there, walmart ect.

Very disappointed! I come to this taco bell quite often, mainly for the buffalo chicken loaded grillers. They are the best. Unfortunately, I came here today and they said they no longer have them. They said they don’t have lava sauce anymore. I’m so upset, as these were what brought my business here. I will have to see if any other taco bell have these or the end of my taco bell love will be nearing. Hahah.

Time really flies. I remember my visit here last year like it was yesterday(I was texting some loser while waiting for my order). Anyway, my wife and I went here on the 22nd. Our visit was memorable in a good way. There were some people in the way when we arrived. I was hungry and not in the mood(I gently launched them into space). Our cashier was jovial and quick. I was impressed at how hard he and the other employees I saw were working. There was a mess outside that went unnoticed(I’m not docking for this– I’m sure that it would have been cleaned up right away if an employee was aware of it). A customer who came in after us stood out. She made«Baby Got Back» play in my head. This location seems to be a magnet for homeless people(I think there are a few reasons why, including the fact that Walmart is next door). I’m not excited about this, but it’s good that they have somewhere to go(in other words, the environment here is quite casual). Interesting. There are now three Clean Air Vehicle parking spots(they’re next to the two handicapped spots). We believe in dirty air, and so my wife and I were parked elsewhere. Note: All prices include tax. : Large Drinks are $ 1.96. (At the other Hesperian Blvd. location, they’re $ 2.06.) I’m still using my cup. A Large cup isn’t quite as big as I thought it was, though. : Cantina Chicken Bowl($ 5.23): 8⁄10. My wife was so pleased that she devoured her bowl(well, you know what I mean). : XXL Grilled Stuft Burrito — Steak($ 5.45): 8⁄10. My wife lightly complained about the sour cream and guacamole, but that’s it. It was funny watching her eat her burrito. It just took a while. Bean Burrito($ 1.30): 8⁄10. Her burrito was so filling that my wife wondered why she had ordered so much(the beans made her feel full). She wasn’t pleased about everything. Something was«different»(she briefly wondered if it was the beans). Anyway, her burrito needed more hot sauce(«tangy red sauce»). : Doritos Locos Taco($ 1.52– they were $ 1.41 a year ago): 8.5÷10. I was very pleased. My taco shells were a bit salty. Otherwise, I have no complaints. : Soft Taco($ 1.30): 8.25÷10. I liked mine and will order more than 2 next time. My wife and I had a good lunch. We continue to be fans of this location.

Just a quick update. This is the only Taco Bell that has the drive-thru in San Lorenzo now. I didn’t know the Taco Bell next to Kennedy Park was shut down. This Taco Bell by Walmart is the one you want to go to if you want to go drive-thru.

I have not eaten at a Taco Bell for over 15 years but after I picked the rug rats from school they wanted to eat here and I said to myself«May God be with you » or «Vaya con dios«anyways, the location is super new and clean for now. There are 4 locations within a few miles of each other in this surrounding area but all I still don’t eat here. The kids thought they were cool by eating here and I waited for them. They came out happy and all smiles till about 30 minutes later, Oooops I knew it. I give the staff their props for being so polite and helpful but the food honestly is still super duper Yucky !!! Just go to In & Out instead . Sorry Taco bell

This taco bell is the newest and most conspicuous of the 3 in a one mile radius of hesperian/lewelling. it’s right near the 238 onramp and takes over where bakers square was. typical taco bell menu eats: –volcano burrito(2.99+) little bigger than those frozen burritos you can buy 3/$ 1 contains sour cream, spicy chips, peppers, stale rice, cheese, ground beef, … –taste about the same as taco bell’s other burritos. frijoles refritos: –associates dressed in black here –place very roomy, lots of parking –food came out fast. –a dining option when everyone(except in & out) is closed. –taco bell proves that a sucker is born and reborned every minute.(me?. just conducting a nonscientific, gastronomic survey).
