Subway

I’m here as I type this, Manish the sandwich maker, usually here when I come in is unfriendly and takes absolutely zero pride in his job. He is messy when it comes to preparation and very rude when you ask for stuff. I love subway and I’m very disappointed to come here and experience this kind of service. I think he needs a talking to from the manager. And hopefully he will appreciate his job some more.

They wouldn’t accept my subway gift card. It has a $ 10 balance that I registered and verified on thier website. So I guess subway doesn’t accept thier own gift cards.

It smells like a dirty, wet dog… Not at all how a subway, or food establishment should smell.

I believe that this Subway is under new management. It used to have quality food and the employees were friendly. NOT ANY MORE. The food choices behind the glass looked old and were not replenished. The bread was either over cooked or stale. And the two girls that worked there when I went in were inadequate at their job. Also Subway is not child friendly what so ever. I asked for a high chair for my little one and not one was in the building. Therefore I sat my daughter on a chair and attempted to balance her while feeding her and eating the eatable parts of my sandwich. When we were done I asked to use the restroom just to rinse my daughter’s face and wash her hands. The girl firmly replied, «No public restrooms.» I was surprised because I have used the restroom at this location several times in the past. And I explained I was not going to use the toilet only the sink to rinse to clean up my daughter. She again firmly replied, «No public restrooms.» So I used the water from the fountain drink station to clean her little mouth and hands. I always am respectful and clean up after myself when I go to restaurants like this however I was so disgusted with the lack of quality food, lack of customer service, and lack of child-​friendliness that I left my mess upon the table and left. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN!

Best Subway for miles — they actually give you extra veggies if you ask. …unlike Subway at Walmart, where I had to beg for more than two tomatoes.
The staff here is super friendly and we come here at least once a week for cheap, healthy take out.

I come here often (like a couple times a week, or sometimes more). Next time you’re in the area, stop in and grab a sandwich, you’ll be greeted with friendly faces, and hard working employees.
Oh, and lemme tell you; it’s true about this location having serious sandwich artistry talents. Especially if you get Melissa, she can whip you up a sandwich like nobody’s business. You’re gonna love it here.

So, I didn’t exactly think it was going to be an awesome Subway, but I was on my way home from Palo Alto, starving and craving Subway. I stopped in and there was one guy there and I wasn’t prepared to be impressed — you know, how some Subways stiff you on stuff. But no, this place gets 4 stars cuz the dude who worked there was seriously a sandwich artist —- he made my footlong perfectly. Everything so so symmetrical, perfect proportions of each and I wasn’t stiffed on anything. He made it just perfectly, not sloppy and it was just a well designed sandwich. I know that sounds weird, but he did such a good job, I tipped him, which I usually don’t do at fast food places. He was super nice too.

I like this subway location. It looks clean and welcoming. The employees are some what nice. And the best part is that they give you alot.
I have been to the greenhouse, and the one on 150^th. But I prefer this subway better. They have a subway rewards card too which is nice.
