Rude server, asked me what I wanted 5x when I clearly said meatball. I yelled it to her and she finally got it. Never ever again, the owners should be ashamed.

Been at this location many times only due to convenience. Customer service & product is a hit & miss. Unfortunately this afternoon was a miss. Young lady behind the counter lacked customer service skills. No greeting, just straight to making my sandwich. Which would have brought my rating to 3 stars if my sandwich was made properly — I probably should’ve said something then instead of doubting myself when she was assembling a skimpy-​on-​the-​veggies sandwich. You know it’s skimpy when nothing is falling out & you can taste the bread more than the other ingredients:(weird & funny thing is when she gave me my order, didn’t even look at me nor say anything, just stared outside into oblivion. Made me wonder what she was staring at… lol… reminded me of a Seinfeld episode when Elaine ’ s boyfriend would go into a daze every time he heard the song Desperado by the Eagles ! Unfortunately I know I will be back, maybe in a couple months when today’s experience is hazy in my memory, & I’m craving a sandwich, but I’ll make sure I ask for extra lettuce & cucumbers to fill ‘er up!

If I could give zero stars I would. Place is disgustingly dirty. Nobody has cleaned it and it’s barely noon. No employees to be seen for the first few minutes. I had to call out loud to see if anyone was working. Finally a girl came out. She didn’t talk and didn’t smile. Just made the sandwiches slower than grass grows. Sadly there are two of us so we had to wait for both sandwiches to be made. Oddly enough after our food was prepared and we were getting rung up, another female employee appeared from the back bit just stood there looking at the girl ringing us up. No sense of urgency, no smile, no talking to us… WE HAD TO CLEAN OUR OWN TABLE because they wouldn’t. What’s going on here!!! Never coming back…

Service sucks, sandwich makers are rude and act like I inconvenienced them to order my order. Ti top it off they served my son milk that expired April 25… if course I realized it after my son drank it and told me it tasted funny… don’t you check your refrigerator. when I confronted them he just asked me if I wanted another and the rest were also expired…

Horrible service. And horrible training for the new «flatizzas». Learn how to make something before you offer it. Doesn’t matter if it’s new. Make sure your staff is trained. And even if they aren’t trained, make sure they know that the customer can read their facial expressions and I know when you’re giving me attitude. I work the other side of the customer service as well so don’t give me that crap. Go to another subway if you can, this one isn’t being run properly. Corporate will be getting a call from me soon.

Normally not a ton of people in the shop at once so you can expect quick service. The only thing is they tend to make sandwiches slightly messy so a third of the insides spill out by the time you get to eating it.

I just scared myself.
I went to the wrong listing and thought that my pictures had disappeared.
My wife and I went here on Saturday (we took our food to go).
I was told right before leaving that I couldn’t take any pictures.
I think the employee tried to tell me that earlier too.
I’m hard of hearing sometimes, and the 5 pictures I posted should be helpful.

It’s nice and clean inside.
The seating capacity is over 20.
The tables and chairs inside are very nice, but the tables outside are quite adequate.
The 2 employees we encountered were okay.
They were drab, but worked hard.
A very bossy man came in right after we did.
I felt bad for the employee who had to deal with him.
He said that he saw «a stem» somewhere, but the woman couldn’t find it.
The $ 5 sandwiches might not be taxed at all.
Well, my wife’s sandwich wasn’t taxed anyway (only mine was).

My sandwiches from one of the Union City locations have been fine.
My sandwich on Saturday was just weak.
I only wanted meat and cheese.
That’s what I got, but I should have been given more of both (I didn’t even know that my sandwich had cheese until I started eating the second half of it– before that, I was basically swearing up a storm).
I love Swiss cheese. It normally stands out in terms of taste. Not this time.
My meat was lacking in flavor too. It just wasn’t good.
Even my bread kind of sucked (Italian Herb & Cheese). I would have liked it, but it was overtoasted (that was the problem with the meat too).
Cold Cut Trio ($ 5): ⁸⁄₁₀.
My wife always orders one.
Her sandwiches are big and filling.
Saturday was no different.
This location is okay.
I’m willing to give it another chance.

Not bad as a healthy last minute choice to have a $ 5.00 foot long veggie + avocado..

My mom and I were ordering sandwiches for everyone at home, and the young woman there was so snippy! She even said, «what? You’re ordering MORE?», as a snide remark. We were the only people in the store. Bad service.

Pretty good and fresh, customer service needs help.

The lady that helped me was friendly. i had the turkey bacon avocado and it sure was yummy. She didn’t just THROW everything together like most places do. Not skimpy either. Nice and healthy choice.

Not busy at night. Very good customer service and the store is clean. If you ask for more toppings you get it without attitude from the staff which is always good. I was happy that they had spinach and kept it in the fridge so it was crisp.
