Bill Gaines Audio

For our October 2015 wedding, we reserved equipment far in advance. Without any additional communication for months, absolutely everything went smoothly with Bill Gaines. I was incredibly impressed with our delivery and tech person who came out and communicated with our designated tech family members for set up and running of the equipment­ super friendly, and went above and beyond my expectations regarding set up. We had no issues, errors, or even squealing of speakers. Bill Gaines was also able to coordinate with the venue for pick up that evening (which I helped plan and assume went smoothly, since I heard nothing about it afterward!). Such an economical decision for us to make instead of hiring a DJ! Once we reached the stage of having every playlist planned and in place for each aspect of our evening, I would not have made any other choice.

BGA was great help with my audio rental for my wedding. They were super accommodating for an early pickup and late drop off because of the occasion and helped me get the exact equipment I was looking for.
They were very prompt with responses and super nice in person. Their rates were the lowest around with the biggest suggestion. I highly recommend them for any pro audio gear needs in the SLO area.

Bill is very knoweledgable with Audio and Video. Has done some great events around SLO. He is fair and does a good job.
