This is a great place for a relaxed hang out with friends. I LOVE the patio by the creek, so cool eating and drinking with the nature next to you, including the chirping frogs! I have the pork belly sandwich, it was great! I definitely recommend stopping here. On Saturdays, starting at 10pm, they have BOGO well drinks!

This place was super fun and really good. Our table ordered an array of different food and all of it was really tasty. I had the Tuna on Fire and it was so, so good. I loved it! Super fresh tuna and lots of spice. The shrimp tacos looked very good and my husband really enjoyed them. The service was good and staff was really friendly. It was a fun place and we’d definitely go back.

One of my must stop places in SLO. the beat and goat cheese salad is my favorite salad in the world. No exaggeration. I love sitting on their patio. They are always so awesome about bringing our dog a bowl of water. Service is a little slow sometimes but they do get pretty busy. I would eat here every day of our visit if my husband would take me.

This place is pretty awesome. We walked in and were greeted like regulars. The customer service was 100% fantastic. The woman that waited on us was named Terry and she was the best waiter ever. The only bad things were that their water tastes like tap. The wait time was longer than fast food, but the food was high quality enough to where it was completely worth it. That island burger is fire. Overall, a great restaurant, a chill vibe, and amazing service. Thanks fam.

One word that describes this place is «typical». it’s everything you expect from a Island vibe bar and grill. TV’s, beer, food. Found this place off of Higuera St during march madness and a farmers market going on. I had a cheeseburger and fries… it was ok. Nothing special. My husband had the nachos, and he felt the same, nothing special. The place was definitely busy between the basketball games and the farmers market, so I would service was ok. It seems a lot of people like to crowd the bench seat areas towards the front. It would typically fit 4, but there were some parties with 6+. Pretty uncomfortable if you ask me.

I’ll keep this review short and sweet. Creeky Tiki is what you expect it to be. Bar, TV’s broadcasting sports, and food. Came here on a Thursday evening during the farmer’s market. We were looking for a place to eat and watch March Madness. Beer prices were ok, and food was what you expected from a bar & grill. I had the nachos with added steak. It was a good portion but nothing to write home about… it was nachos. Service was decent, and I’d come back here to chill and have a few drinks.

Great food, great staff, willing to put moto GP on the TV! The tuna on fire is super good, as well as the hot damn wraps. Don’t forget to check out the back patio it’s a very nice by the creek. Listen to the tunes kickback and relax.

This is a local watering hole. Alot of college kids. We had drinks on the back patio. The patio backs up to a creek, with green foliage and lots of seating. The atmosphere is loose and the help is always there with a cold drink.

Ok another update, my friends suggested going here to eat and I would have never said yes, but I knew said friends were picky about food and I was pleasantly surprised, I had the Tuna on Fire and it was really quite good. I would definitely add this to my usual rotation if I still lived in slo.

For me, the best part of Creeky Tiki is the outside patio, minus the ubiquitous fly swarm that hovers near the bar. Comfortable breezes and plenty of shade make this area a prime spot to relax w/friends. Food is very good, but I rate the pours as meh. .. service is friendly, too. Cheers! RS

If you are looking for a tiki bar this is not it. Drinks were sugary and light, lights in the bar were all the way up, most of the patrons were drinking tap beer, and it just didn’t have the tiki vibe. No staples other than a Mai Tai that tastes like sugar water. No scorpion bowl, no zombie, no grog. Save yourself the time and just buy a bottle of rum and pineapple juice and drink at home.

Walking in to Creeky Tiki is the quickest flight to the tropics one can take out of California. Island vibrations blow out of there speakers, a line of tiki cups look out at you from behind the bar and the staff seem to have an «Irie» state of mind. Last time, I used Creeky Tiki as a coping device to sustain my good vibes during a shopping day with my lady. Moscow Mule was a great accompaniment to a delicious Jamacian Jerk Pizza… you can’t go wrong with the pizzas here. This place also has an amazing back patio which rests just above SLOs beatiful downtown shaded creek.

The name was part of the reason we made a stop in here. Came down to SLO for a spontaneous day trip, and decided to get a drink after having tacos. We came in on a Tuesday afternoon, so it was fairly mellow. We took seats at the bar and our drinks orders were taken quick. There are multiple tv’s all around, which was perfect for the basketball game we were going to watch. Overall, good location in downtown and very well theme decorated bar with a wide selection of alcohol.

Nice location and good use of space for seating, but really-really slow service and wrong orders coming out from the kitchen and from behind the bar. The hardest working person their was the bus-boy. There were enough employees, they were just all in a daze and and seemed not interested in selling food and drinks. When our drinks arrived they were wrong, the bus boy eventually tracked down the waitress. When our 2 dinner orders arrived one was wrong, again the bus boy had to track down the waitress. Then we had to send him looking for silverware., and eventually we had to send him to find our bill. Sadly the fish and the pork were dry and over cooked. It’s time for the owner to drop in as an unassuming customer and see for himself.

They have seating indoors or outdoors:) the outdoor seating sits along side the creek with an abundance of greenery:) they have an outside bar that serves great specialty drinks! The service is friendly and fast:) there are a couple things that bug though;(first of all there are a few flies and secondly the brick flooring for the outside seating area is unlevel;(

Creeky Tiki is my favorite place for lunch in SLO. Walk through the bar/restaurant and head out to the back patio. Island music, beautiful sunshine, trees, the creek below it couldn’t be any nicer. The food is equally as spectacular. I get the fish tacos… perfectly grilled fish, great flavors, topped with a sauce that has a little bite to it. Enjoy a cold beer from the bar and have a great afternoon… you will be in no hurry to leave.

I think the location is better than the food, even the the Poke was good. There are amazing views from patio and plenty of drink choices

Came here for a going away party for work. We had some appetizers provided, pizza and wings, etc. though I didn’t get a chance to nosh on anything before it all got swooped up… guess it was good. We hung out in the back and mostly just drank. The outdoor patio area is nice and open and it overlooks the river which provides a nice atmosphere. The bartenders were cool and drink prices were average. We had some families with us who had kids and the staff did seem a bit annoyed by kids playing outside and running around. It gets pretty busy/crazy weekend nights, and by the time we left there was a guy checking IDs out-front, haha… small college town kids just wanna get their booze on. Guess this is a spot to do it.

Noisy rowdy place, lots of loud frat boys and f bombs. Food is boring. Creek atmosphere is nice.

The food is shockingly good. Besides the name and the outdoor patio, nothing is really all that special about this bar. Despite its longevity and history in SLO, theres way cooler places to go. Drinks are pretty cheap…
