I love this place. They are willing to work with you and your budget. They show up in an emergency. We needed a fridge and they were there before our food could think about defrosting. When I need a special order the are always friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Be aware that complainers like to complain. Usually all their reviews are low. Some people will never be happy.

Idler’s is a huge rip-off! You end up paying almost a grand for a $ 500 appliance such as a dishwasher b/c of their delivery and installation fees. The burly guy who delivered the dishwasher was rude and abrupt, and then was too scared to unscrew the metal knob hook-up piece under the sink — so I had to pay another $ 150 for a plumber to come out and do the job. Worst appliance-buying experience ever! Then they try to send some cheesy postcard acting like they are our friendly neighborhood store. We will never use them again, and we do try to buy local as much as possible. Any recommendations for a better buying experience would be appreciated. BTW, most of these 5-star glowing reviews were obviously written by Idler’s staff or people paid to gushingly and glowingly praise Idler’s — it’s pretty obvious.
