Vinny is as good as it gets for sure. He answers your call quick, cause he know if you’re calling for help you need it now. Kind, patient and oh so knowledgeable. He’s helped me numerous times in what may seem like simple to fix problems that are not so simple to the average computer user and with a few problems that take some in depth computer knowledge. I would recommend calling the Doc for any problem, big or small.

Vinny has been helping me with my multiple Mac problems for years!!! When I got my new tower years ago and paid to have a bunch of RAM added I noticed that I ran out of memory sooner than I should have. Vin came and took a look and said «no wonder» the memory packets or whatever you call them were not pushed in all the way!!! Clearly you can tell that I am not a very techy person when it comes to hardware! He has helped me on numerous occasions. He is always very professional and courteous!
