Oh my gosh… run for the hills!!! Don’t ever use this company. First of all they are ridiculously expensive. Secondly, they were more than 1 hour late with no phone call. I had to call them to find out what was the ETA. After doing the work, exactly one week later I had the same situation. When I called them again, and spoke with the rudest women, I was told I would have to pay extra to have them come back on a Saturday. So let me get this straight… you did a crappy job and didn’t resolve the problem and now you think I should pay more to have you come back on a Saturday even though I would have no plumbing for 5 days??? Hmmmmm

I called about a drain issue in my kitchen and one in my tub that I’ve been having for a month or so. Mike was here within an hour, explained what he was going to do and how. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and very efficient. He went above and beyond what was necessary to ensure that I was satisfied and smiling. I was impressed with his hard work and will definitely remain a customer with my homes and business. Thank you so much!

I called in the morning about a drain issue and Michael was there within an hour! He gave me an estimate for the work and materials and very professionally got to work. He finished so quickly and neatly I was astounded! On top of that — the work did not take as much time as he originally estimated so my final bill was LESS THAN QUOTED! When does that ever happen??? Thanks so much to Mike and Roto Rooter!

Cambria, CA
I live in Cambria, and had a sewer line problem that completely backed up all the toilets, tubs, shower, etc. Michael Knowles arrived and within an hour had pulled the toilet and cleaned out
the sewer line, finding the culprit — tree roots. He also suggested we put in a clean out valve, outside, as one was not located where it should be, (house built in the 70’s). We want him to
come back and take care of this for us. Thank you Michael for a competent job.

I appreciated the professional competent manner in which the plumber solved my toilet problem in the bathroom. He arrived in a timely manner and went right to work. The toilet was working good as new in only 30 minutes.
