the blonde manager is super attentive and always helps me pick the right time to tan and always has a smile on her face. as for other employees, they need to work on their customer service. talking on the phone or to their friends is not professional and makes me feel as if i dont matter. i definatly try to tan when the manager is in

Not only are the girls super chill, they are easy to talk to and extremely sweet! One time I forgot my lotion and didn’t bring money in and the girl working let me use hers (instead of having to pay for a sample) that my friends is another reason I will be coming back, not only is it a local business but they really do care! Thank you!

I usually love this place. The girls are always friendly and relaxed, in a good way. Great prices and it’s fairly clean. I just had my first bad encounter. A brunette girl with thick drawn on eyebrows was rude and talked to her friend the whole time I was at the counter. She seemed burdened I was even there and that I interrupted her conversation. Hey Eyebrows! Get over yourself and do some customer service!

I used to go to here back in the day to use the beds and don’t remember loving to go back as much as I do now. They have more options and the girls that work there are friendly and helpful especially to newbies. I just started using their stand up bed and I’m hooked! Also they have deals on uv tanning before noon everyday and all day on Sundays. And the workers aren’t pushy salespeople trying to get us to open memberships and buy the lotions. Totally Chill. I’m gonna keep going back to Tanners Cove SLO for the simple fact that I’m welcomed everytime!

This place is nice. But I got a fungus from the bed. When I tried to cancel my membership they charged me for the cancellation fee. Kind of dumb when now I have a fungus eating away at my flesh because they didnt clean the beds properly.

I like this place. Be sure that if you haven’t tanned in a while to start slow. They have really good bulbs. I was stupid and hopped in for the full time my first time tanning and got burnt. My fault totes!

In one word this place is CHILL. No one is trying to up-​sell you but all the girls there are totally informative and helpfull if you have a question! Needs a little decoe update though. They have pretty decent prices and supply you with a towel and goggles every time plus free tanning stickers too! If you forget your lotion they have 1 $ samples regular and tingle. I love this place and have never had a bad experience!
