Wighton’s

Thank goodness for Wighton’s! I made a mistake and called Jerry’s Plumbing & Heating out to fix my heater and it did not go well (not even after TWO visits). My heater was still blowing cold air or no air and it was freezing in our house. I called Wighton’s and they came out at 8am the next morning. There was no «be home from 8am –4pm» they gave me an actual appointment time plus they send email reminders and updates which was awesome. Within a few minutes Daniel had correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed it making it easy for him to sell me on a maintenance plan so that I don’t have to go through all of this again. I’ll definitely call Wighton’s first from now on.

These guys saved the day once again! Temp over 90 and our old AC goes out. I’ve used Wighton’s since we moved in 12 years ago. Kept our older system running for years past when I thought it would go.

When we moved into our new office, we just wanted to get in and get to work. But the AC was never really balanced and was costing a fortune to run. We asked Wighton’s to come take a closer look and engineer a solution. Turns out the ducts were all way too small and we could do a fresh air component to lower cost by cooling at night. We now have the new system and I love it. The new controller is easy to use (not like the old one!) and the air smells fresher and my private office feels like a new space (and it was not bad before, I just did not know it could be this good) Oh, and it is quieter too. So now I can work longer (!) and really enjoy my office more. Thanks for the great job, Wighton’s. Details matter and you guys get that!

Thank you Wighton’s! For the first time, my house is toasty warm! Chuck came out to to obtain precise calculations on the performance of my heating unit, made his recommendations, and submitted a professional bid. Lenny and Victor did the work in a very professional manner with extra effort to cleanliness.

Be sure to get competitive bids. They almost halved their original price and I still found one for a lot less!
