What can I say about Tony Rosales, RN? He is the best… period…not just in SoCal… My husband and I fly to him from out of state… if you are into perfection at unreal affordable pricing… Tony at Before N After is your forever magic maker.

If I could give negative stars I would! First and foremost let me warn you… this place is DANGEROUS! I went in for a weight loss consultation. Being a 18 year ER/​Trauma/​Flight nurse I waned to have medical direction. I made an appointment and arrive 10 minutes early. When I walked in the front desk girls were a bit snooty, but I can handle that. I told them I was there as a new patient. She told me to have a seat. After waiting 35 minutes, I was then asked to start filling out paperwork. I notified them that my appointment was 35 minutes ago. The gal gave me the fakest, «Oh sorry, we will get you seen.» I filled out my paperwork. 10 minutes later I was placed in a room where a very young girl accompanied me and stated that the Nurse Practitioner was busy so she would be doing my consultation. Knowing there was no way this young lady could be an NP, I politely asked what capacity she worked in. She then proceeded to tell me that she was an LVN and she would be standing in for the NP. It is not only illegal in the state of CA for an LVN to perform an initial assessment, they certainly can not prescribe medications which is why I was there. She stated that she would relay the information to the NP who was busy doing Botox and get the orders from him. So you mean to say I was going to get medications from someone who NEVER SAW ME? Unacceptable! I was furious and I left. I attempted to call the regional manager to notify them of the situation and all I got was terrible customer service from the other locations and no answers. I have contacted the BBB and the state nursing board as this is unacceptable practice. The customer service in this place is the absolute worst and for safety… well I wouldn’t take my dog there… nor should you.

I’ve been going to Tony for Botox consistently (every three months) for two years now. At my last appointment I needed 20% less botox! Going consistently pays off in the long run, and I’m so happy I stuck to Tony’s advice to do so. Tony is quick, has a gentle hand and knows his stuff!

I have been going to Before N After for a little under 6 months, and I love them! The front desk staff are always so friendly and the nurses are really great! With their help I have lost 15 pounds and I feel great! My confidence is at an all time high and I feel fantastic! Love this place!!!

Tony and his team are just fabulous! I have been going to Tony for over 2 years for botox and filler and his technique is like no other. The results are natural and for the most part I would say pain free. Recently he started a newer procedure for filler with a tool called a cannula and the result was just awesome! Less pain and NO bruising! AMAZING! Thanks Tony and your fabulous team at Before and After for making women feel and look their best!

I have always had really then lips and started to get wrinkles around them. I had become very self conscious of them. I started coming here for the b shots, but after finding out about Juvaderm, I decided to give it a try. I was a little nervous because I really wanted my lips to still look natural. Tony is such a pro. He suggested along with the lip plumper a little Botox to reduce the wrinkle process. I could not be happier with the results!!! I have posted a before and after picture so you could see for your self. Not the best pictures but they prove the point. I am so happy I decided to do this!!!

I moved here a year and a half ago and didn’t think I would find a place as great as my Botox place in OC. I was wrong. This place is amazing — much better than the other place. Everyone is so great at their job here… you feel like a VIP. Now I know why everyone goes crazy over Tony, he’s so thorough and friendly. Their prices are very competitive — but it’s the service truly sets them apart.

I have been a client of the San Marcos Before-​N-​After for several months participating in the weight loss program. I had totally lost any motivation to lose weight and needed to try something different. I’ve lost over 40 lbs. on the program and look forward to losing the last 20! The staff at San Marcos are wonderful. They are always cheerful and welcoming. Very comfortable there, very clean, and very friendly. I have referred friends and will continue to do so.

Both my mom and I come here for B-​12 injections. Same quality, but more affordable than my doctor’s office ($ 5 for the B-​12 for single shots). The staff is very courteous and I’ve never had to wait very long– I walk in at my convenience, no need for an appointment.
They have good office hours– open later than 5pm couple of times during the weekday and open on Saturday. If you’re looking to get Vitamin B shots, I highly recommend this place. If you pre-​purchase a set of shots, you save even more (40 for 10 shots for the B12)! Sprouts often has someone come in to give Vitamin B shots once or twice a month, but this place is more economical. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Tony for botox and fillers now for almost 8 years. he is very experienced as well as current in his practce and techniques to ensure the best results… i have never been disappointed! Thank you Tony!!!

In and out with the quickness — LOVE it. Tony is great and knows his craft. The results of my service there, which was a a little boost of Botox to smooth my forehead — was/​is fabulous. I’ll be going back when its needed.

Awesome staff– no pressure atmosphere. I’ve been here regularly for the weightloss program and am very pleased with the results so far. I highly recommend this office and their program. I also highly recommend their facial injections. I’ve had some done and the results were exactly what I wanted.

Where do I begin I heard of this establishment through my mum, she was on their weight loss plan and I saw her amazing progress so I made a call got my appointment set up was canceled due to the nurse having an emergency I didn’t so two appointment later I finally got in. I walked into their office it is so nice guys the ladies are friendly certainly they do not approach you so be sure to approach them. Next thing you will sign and read mandatory paperwork after your nurse practitioner or Doctor will call your name. They will take you in to a room where they will take your blood pressure, weigh you, and discuss your plan. My nurse practitioner and I decided I should be on the phen plan with injections and vitamins. I was very pleased with the appointment, service, and the experience overall. The prices vary, but they are VERY AFFORDABLE! My plan starts at $ 9.99 the first week and $ 25 after that :) if you go tell em Miri sent you

I was referred to before n after through a co worker who attends the one in murrietta and was excited to learn that there was one in San Marcos which is way closer to my house and where i live. All the girls that work there are extremely nice and helpful. The facility is cutely decorated, put together and very clean. I always feel really comfortable when I go in for my weigh in and I know if I have any questions one of the girls can always answer honestly. I do the $ 25/​week package. It includes 2 B-​12 injections, appetite suppressants, vitamins, and they also give you water pills which I use the day before an event to shed some excess water weight. They also do Botox, lipo b injections and offer a few other services and one of the greatest things about Before n After I think is that they don’t try to sell you on anything and they are not pushy! If you’re trying to lose weight or maintain I would 100% recommend this business, very affordable, and convenient!

Ok, a friend referred me to Before-​N-​After. I didn’t even realize it was so close to where I live.
I went online and viewed their website. Downloaded some paper-​work then scheduled an appointment.
It’s a very comfortable office with friendly people. I met with a nurse practitioner that was very friendly as she explained the program. I was even more impressed that it’s not a hard sale full of high dollar pressure.
She took my blood pressure and was concerned. She explained it was too high to start their program. She did however give me a B-​12 shot which only cost me $ 5.00.
She gave me some information on the Dash diet which could help me reduce my blood pressure and she wants me to check it daily at the same time and bring my results back.
