I brought my Iphone with cracked screen to Chip & Bytes and they saved the day! Not only was the price competitive they exceeded my expectations on the time it took them to do the fix. So do yourself a favor and check out this local business if you are having tech issues.

Chip of Chip and Bytes helped me to pick out and install a brand new video card for my machine. Now it is up and running and all my games look amazing. I didn’t think I would be able to find one that would work in my machine given the limitations of my other parts, but his expertise helped me a great deal.

DO NOT come here. The WORST service ever! I took my phone in to replace screen. Two days later on/​off button wasn’t working on my phone. I went to store during store hours and nobody was there. I called and left two messages and received no response. I went back and the guy there said to leave phone and it would take 1 – 2 hours and he would call me back. 5 hours later, no phone call, I returned to store and he said he couldn’t fix phone. I’m so upset. I went into the store for one problem and left with some other problem. No customer service. Their hours say 9 – 6 but often there is nobody even there. What a waste.

After having a great experience at their Carlsbad location I brought a laptop that needed a new keyboard in. Once again it was an amazing turn around time, great work and a great price. These guys are great!
