Domino’s Pizza

Bottom Line, Terrible Service!!! I went in to pick my order up and I stood at the register for over 5 min while they looked at me and kept working like if I wasn’t there. Rude, Rude, Rude!

Order a jalapeño and pepperoni pizza. It even says it on the sticker, but no jalapeños.

I just came here to pick up pizza’s maybe 30 minutes ago and now I’m debating returning them because they’re so terrible…
I LOVE Dominos pizza and it’s the only pizza chain I ever order from but looks like it’s time for a change. I don’t know what happened… if there was something going on in the kitchen or someone new was making my pizzas, but they are horrible! I’m pretty sure they’re under cooked and the cheese just tasted weird. Also, my pepperoni pizza had about 5 pepperonis on it… I mean, that’s cool if you want to rip me off like that?
Disappointed Dominos… :(

Ordered here the other night. I’m willing to cut them some slack since it was one of their 50% off days so they were probably swamped. Delivery took an hour+ (which I’ve never experienced at a dominos) and they got my order wrong (left the meat, forgot all my veggies). But the pizza I did receive was pretty good. I’d recommend looking at your pizza in front of the delivery driver just to be sure. Still decent pizza though.

I have ordered here SO many times and have yet to be disappointed! My order is always delivered correctly and in very fast time!

I always order from this location hoping for the same experience that the Wonder World location provides. There are a few differences, however. The employees at this location are much less friendly and are sometimes even rude (the one exception is my delivery driver tonight was friendly, which is sadly unusual for this location). Also, the pizza always looks and tastes much less presentable from this location. It is sometimes not cooked completely, and looks thrown into the box. I will definitely try my best to avoid coming to or calling in to this location, and will be using the Wonder World location instead.

They don’t seem to understand the meaning of «light sauce» because every time I order from here, there’s way too much sauce.
Also, they always seem to forget whenever I order any extras like drinks or the little cups of ranch. It’s frustrating because I want those things when my food is hot, not when whoever answers the phone offers to send the delivery driver back and he arrives 20 – 30 minutes later.
The Domino’s in my hometown is my go-​to for cheap delivery pizza, but this one kinda sucks. My friends and I have ordered from here 6 or 7 times in the past 2 months and something is messed up every time. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I placed an order online prematurely and meant to add bread bites… so I called in to add them … simple enough right? Wrong. The girl who answered was rude and unhelpful then placed me on hold, the second guy I talked to struggled to find my order but was able to add to my order however he was so unprofessional about it! «Is that all… k cool… click» no update on my price or delivery time. I placed my initial order an hour ago and went to check the on line tracker which did show my updated order but showed it was still being made… surely this is wrong and just a result of me calling in and throwing things off. no no it moved to the bake section 45 minutes later… for a large pepperoni and some bread bites? No. no and more no. I’ve always had bad experiences with this location and this is the coffin nail. I will just drive to the wonderworld location and pick up my orders instead because the staff at the Guadalupe location are rude and terrible at their jobs… I can deal with one or the other… not both. I’ve worked as a delivery driver coom cashier and managed a pizza franchise before and there is no excuse for service like this under any circumstances.

I figured I’d finally leave a review after being a regular for awhile.
When there’s specials going on like the 50% off coupon, it can be hell to get a pizza. I understand because this is a college town, there’s finals going on, and nobody wants to cook, so why would I subject myself to waiting 2 hours for a pizza?
Outside the specials craziness, this location rarely gives me a problem.

Don’t ever bother trying to call in an order at this location. Nobody knows how to answer a phone. You’ll be put on hold for 10 min or more and never taken care of. Last time I tried calling I called twice, both times 10 min on hold. Gave the location benefit of the doubt (maybe they were busy) so I went in and ordered my pizza. They were not busy, quite dead actually, and the person working was ignoring the phone that was ringing off the hook. And it wasn’t the first time and I highly doubt it will be the last time.

Stil no improvement. Come on dominoes, I was put on hold for 8 mins. You can’t even answer the phone to give someone your infamous bad service. Somebody higher up needs to do something about this. STAY AWAY!

We order delivery from them on a regular basis, we use their smart phone app. Always have nice delivery people, our orders have been as specified. Always hot, fresh, and for the most part fast. If it’s a football Sunday, you most likely will have a wait. You should call in person to check first

Placed an order for pick up around 10 pm yesterday, told me the two medium pizzas I ordered would be ready in 15 minutes and stuck to their time estimation. Quality of pizza was great and I was able to keep the bill below $ 8 per pizza, despite going with the two toppings option of sausage and pepperoni. My experience was enjoyable and I’d give them business a second time.

Do not order from this location. Ordered pasta and they forgot the sauce. Ordered a double cheese pizza and it barely had any cheese on it at all I think they did double sauce instead. Would have called to tell the manager but according to the tracker it was the manager (Cordell) that made my order. Whole thing was very poorly made, but I can not believe they forgot the sauce on the pasta. They just gave me dry noodles. DaMarcus did not say a word or even crack a smile when he delivered. I should not have tipped.

Love to order online, plus its really cheap wish little Cesar’s was open later though

This place is the best! Use the online order function-it’s so cool, you get to see the names of the people making and delivering your food, and you know exactly when it’ll be ready and when it’ll arrive. The pizza is always delicious, the delivery is always on time, and the delivery people are always nice!

I love this place. What I love the most is how nice the staff is.

I usually love Domino’s, but this location is so mediocre. Grease galore. Don’t get me wrong though, I’d still choose Domino’s over Panhandler’s. But thanks for the delivery.
