I didn’t have any problems on my visit. I got a fresh batch of food so everything was hot. Prices are heading upward, but so is every other restaurant out there. There’s plenty of parking, lots of seating(inside and out), and even a TV to watch.

Well there are a ton of negatives and I don’t see how, I have been here probably 5 or 6 times the past year or two and always had a pretty decent experience and recently went in and had a great one. I went in with a friend and ordered some food fairly late and one drink, I was going to get a drink at home with the meal, and we were told it would be a few for what I wanted cause they had to make it fresh but they were happy to make some for me and I love it fresh so I’ll wait. It was hot that day so I asked for a water cup while waiting and she actually gave me a soda cup and said fill it with water or a fountain drink if I wanted as a thank you to me for waiting. That is awesome service as I have no problem waiting a bit for fresh food.

Very disappointed that a place can open as late as this one is. With a hand written note saying we will be open late. tsk tsk tsk.

My boyfriend and I frequent this place, especially when we need a quick bite to eat after running errands. Our visits in the past were always pleasant — the staff were friendly, and the food was always fresh. I’m giving this place only one star, because on my last visit, I saw a HUGE cockroach crawling around in the restroom! It’s only a matter of time,(if it hasn’t happened already) that these pests will find their way into the kitchen.

I come here often because I work in the same shopping center, I usually get a 10% discount for that. Not much but none the less it’s pretty cool. I had lunch yesterday and I don’t know if they were between shift change but it took like 7 min for someone to acknowledge me again this is my lunch time then I asked for an entrée they said it would be another 8 min, chose something else. I got to work had some of the fried rice it was all dry like if it had been there for hours, and teriyaki chicken was over cooked and hard. Disappointed I usually go because it’s ready to eat but I think I’m going to stay away for a while.

So I love Chinese, and yes I mean Panda Express. I’ve only ever had one problem– one day their rice was hard. But every other time I’ve been there it is perfectly delicious! Went last night for my graduation dinner with a party of 9. They were very nice and asked if we needed anything. It was a really great dinner and I’m glad we went to panda express

Panda Express has the market on Orange Chicken, kind of like Mc. D’s has the market on french fries. Sometimes you just need a fix! I have found that this location is always pretty fast, the staff are always friendly, even greeting you and you come in the door… in, out…2item combo… done!

See attached photo! We love Chinese food and have been to Panda many times, HOWEVER on this occasion something very bad happened. When we went home to eat it, my friend started eating his chow mien and ended up with a GIANTRUBBERBAND in his mouth — YUCK! We emailed corporate Panda to let them know and they wouldn’t even comp our meal w/out a receipt! Very disappointed with this place, the lady in the store was nice though! :) We think Panda should have been more receptive to our misfortune… its their RUBBERBANDINOURCHOWMIEN!

My visit to Panda Express was an unplanned venture on a Saturday night that was riddled by stress and inconvenience. Ordinarily, I would have never even considered eating at Panda Express because I’m fairly anti-chain and, more importantly, anti-fast food. Panda Express has always struck me as cheap Chinese fast food. Nevertheless, our hunger was dictating our actions and we decided to pop in and take the plunge. To my astonishment, I was pleasantly surprised. We didn’t arrive until around 9pm, and, as a result, the staff had already commenced the process of putting things away, evidenced by the fact that there were only a handful of entrees still sitting out in the display case warmers. That didn’t dissuade us because the helpful attendant behind the counter cheerfully advised us that we could select whatever entrée we wanted and the cooks would make it fresh for us. Major cool points. I ordered a three-item combo that came with my choice of two(2) sides. For the sides, I chose the steamed rice(380 calories) and mixed vegetables(70 calories). My three entrees: Firecracker Chicken Breast(240 calories), String Bean Chicken Breast(160 calories), and the Kung Pao Chicken(240 calories). Everything tasted good; the flavors were balanced and the ingredients were fresh. My only quibble is that everything had a lot of oil on it. A little too much oil for my liking, but that wasn’t unexpected, either. Total calories…1,090. Not bad, considering.

They serve larger portions of chow-mein in this location. That is a plus for me. The food and service were good and tasty.

I’ve eaten here in the past 2 years about 6 times but I’ve had it. Never again! The past two times I’ve been in(April & May 2012) if you get there by 8:30 p.m. you’re SOL. Half of their food is NOT being displayed, and what they do have for sale has been sitting around for a while and remixed over and over again. I wanted Beef with Broccoli. None. I wanted Fried Rice. They only had a small spoonful left and the gal yelled at the cook to make more. Then she said it would be about 15 minutes before it was ready. What? I’m hungry and I want to eat NOW… not wait 15 minutes in a FASTFOOD buffet type restaurant. If I’m at a normal sit-down restaurant ordering from their menu I expect to wait for my steak or whatever to be cooked but not at a buffet style. They were low on Kung Pao chicken and the gal slapped a spoonful onto my paper plate and asked me if I wanted to spend an extra dollar for a spoonful of Walnut Shrimp. Bottom line: I just told her that I was fed up with lousy food, and lousy service and walked out.

A very typical Panda Express, and I do happy to like Panda. Seemed very clean inside. It wasn’t very crowded the night I went so service was relatively quick.
