Hours posted on the door say this location is open Sundays 7am-10pm. Got here at 7:10am to find it dark and locked. You’ve got to be kidding me!

This review is for one particular employee here, Gabby. I came here with my friend because we were craving subs. Sure, Gabby acknowledged my friend’s order, but when I came up next, she completely ignored me and asked the person behind me what he or she would like to order. I then said, «I actually would like to make a seperate order aside from my friend’s order», and this little Gabby replied with«okay, so? Who cares?» in such a rude tone. I am not one to exploit employees, but when an employee talks to customers with such disrespect, she deserves all the shame for poor work etiquette. Avoid getting service from this lady. The other employees here like, Tim, working the same afternoon did a great job attending to customers, though.

This is one of the Subway locations I typically eat by my house. The location is clean. Employees are nice. The sandwiches are always good. I always find seating for lunch.

The worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Hands down! I’ll be contacting the franchise owner to tee-off about who he/she hires to represent their business. I stopped off at this Subway because it’s the closest to home(but it’s difficult to access because of its proximity to CSUSM… lots of traffic at peak hours in this shopping center). It’s actually the first time I’ve been to this particular Subway. I was with my 10 year old daughter and 2 year old son, picking up dinner for the family. We walk in and see 4 employees congregating at the cash register area, but at our arrival 3 of them flee and one employee(who apparently was there to help us) stayed behind the counter, but kept chatting with the others as they walked out the door… apparently on break, done with their shift, or making off with cash register money-who knows? Then another employee magically appeared and he and the guy behind the counter kept chit chatting about their partying over the weekend… in front of my kids. If my wife was there with us the s@$ 7 would have hit the fan! Anywho, after 2 minutes of being ignored my gasket was about to blow. Instead, I simply asked«you guys ready to take our order»? At that point, it was just a rush to get us out of the building. Horrible customer service, horrible employees, horrible representation of one of the most profitable franchises of all time. I’d recommend going to the Subway off Via Vera Cruz… the service there is actually pretty good. However, run as fast as you can from this Subway… it was the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. The food was just like any other Subway, it’s always consistent.

Now the main reason I am giving them the 5 stars is because I totally didn’t have enough money for what I bought today. I had paid some bills and my rent. I didn’t keep track. Well they gave me my sandwich and it was delicious I was happy with the kindness they showed me.

If you’ve been to one subway, you’ve been to them all. With that said, I could’ve gone to every Subway in the entire United States in the time it took the employee to make two sandwiches.

I come for the $ 5 footlongs!!! My fave sandwich is the Subway Club. Whenever I’m in need of a quick, healthier choice of food, I could always rely on Subway to come to the rescue. I used to come here on a weekly basis to pick up a sandwich for a friend and myself before our class in SD. They were consistent and accommodated my requests. Never crowded when I go(usually off peak hours) and parking is avail since I go during down time. Shares the center with a Ralphs, Mr. Taco, Starbux and Stir Fresh. May get busy since it’s near CSUSM.

All Subways are pretty much alike, yes, as they have their standards set by the chain. What makes Subway stand out to me is the customer service. I used to go to this Subway, but today will be my last day. Horrible customer service, was totally ignored while the manager and staff filled a huge order. With ONE lady in front of me, I was in there a minimum of TEN minutes. They called another girl out after the first guy finally started making my sandwich, then left it on the«conveyer belt» for someone else to finish. The girl took the order of the man behind me and passed my sandwich by. I guess my irritation was showing as she finally asked what veggies I wanted. I said«oh, sorry, I fell asleep.» Finished my sandwich while one nice employee did apologize for the wait. Grabbed it and ran out the door, irritation NOT hidden. I would think for a frequent customer(I USED to go there once a week) I would get acknowledgment from the manager and staff, but apparently loyalty does not matter. Its a two way street my friends and I will give my business to the Subway down the street and eat it on the patio outside your window so that you know I am not buying from you anymore.

I ordered a salad to go with double chicken. They forgot to put the chicken on it and I didn’t notice until I sat down to eat it. Bummer… I posted a picture of my chicken-less salad on Unilocal as a business picture for Subway, but it magically disappeared. I guess I shouldn’t hold it against them for forgetting my chicken. If I’d been paying attention I would have pointed it out and got my chicken.

The food is the same as always. Just around average. The employees at this and pretty much every Subway annoy me. I know options are a good thing, but how am I supposed to decide on what type of bread(7 types), length of bread(2 types), what type of cheese(3 types), toasted or not, and select from about 15 different toppings, all in a flash? I’m old. I can’t think that quickly. So stop rushing me, there’s no one in line behind me and it’s just a stupid Subway sandwich!

I usually go to this Subway since it’s the nearest one to where I live. As all other chain restaurants, it’s not so bad. I think everyone has tried their sandwiches at least once, especially with their whole 5 dollar footlong gimmick. I also go for the spicy italian sandwich. It’s real good. The service there is pretty good as well. My only complaint is that at times the ingredients don’t seem as fresh as they advertise them to be. Other than that, it’s a-ok in my book.
