Extremely rude customer service experience! We will not be coming back! Manager told us to eat outside of the empty store? My kid’s got allergies can’t eat the food here, she brought her own food. manager told us to eat outside“This isn’t a food court!” We walked out and went to Jersey Mike’s instead!!!

Was one of my favorite subways. Went there last Tuesday at 930 am and it was closed. The sign on door said they are open at 7am. I rode my bike all the way there for nothing, I under stand running a few minutes late on opening but 3 hours is ridiculous.

Probably the best Subway I’ve been to. The food is fresh. The establishment is clean. The bar where they prepare the sandwiches is clean. The food looks appetizing! The management and the staff are friendly. They even recognize us repeat customers and greet us as such. Whoever is managing this location has got it right.

Words alone cannot adequately convey the overall superiority that this particular
«fast food» establishment has over any and all of its competition in San Marcos. It truly is something that has to be experienced. Kudos in particular to the employees — their customer service is outstanding and they have elevated sandwich assembly to a fine art. On separate occasions, Nareg, Jordan, Andrew, and Patrick have crafted sandwiches that have put me into a gastronomic nirvana trance.
I suggest you betray your current dining establishment and boogie on down to yonder sublime Subway. Otherwise, I will be happy to burn you at the stake for your non-​compliance. :)

You know, time after time, for nearly three years I have received the absolute best customer service here. I’m not sure if the hiring manager here is just an excellent talent scout or if these associates go through insane customer service training. They make me feel welcome EVERY TIME. They never just stare down at the food, they engage me and I really appreciate it. I think their great service makes the sammies taste best from this Subway! TRUE STORY!

I’ve been going to this Subway for about three years, this subway is privately owned and this is the owners only subway. It really shows, everything about this subway is top notch. The people make this subway a better subway to go to. They need to get wifi though, I’ve been going to other places to eat now that I need wifi a lot more now.

Staff here is so friendly and the sandwiches are always of great quality. Never had a bad experience here, and I come here pretty often!

Eat Fresh Baby! The subway chain should be paying me for all the money I «invest» in these places! This one is has all your standard Subway fare. The décor is like the track homes of the 80’s and 90’s so I can blind fold you and take you to three different stores before you looked outside and realized you had been moved.
The staff is courteous and the food was fresh! Very clean and professional. They didn’t make a sloppy sandwich and it was very apparent they kept a close watch on the soda machines cleanliness. Clean lobby and windows.
All in all this is a great subway. I have been to several that I would never come back to but this one is worth the visit and repeat business. With chains its about finding the one that has the employees that care. This one is golden. Highly recommend.
