What fast food ever gets a 5 star rating? Well… I got a coupon in the male for a free double jack. I took my coupon to this store and ordered it. everyone was very pleasant. A guy walked over my order, which was the double jack, fries and drink. The burger looked exactly like in the picture! The new bun was delicious too. Very happy about that!

I have been to this location 2x. First time wasn’t too bad, but after my last visit, OMG.
I ordered my food. They gave me a number «22» and I went to sit down and wait for my order. After 7 minutes had passed, a lady walked towards me, but stopped and gave the food to a guy sitting in front of me. After the guy checked the food, he realized it wasn’t his order, and took the food back to the counter. He then came back with his order. Approximately 1 minute later, the lady shows up and gives me the tray with the food that the other guy had just been touching. REALLY. She was sure to say, «sorry about the wait».
REALLY. So, now I am eating food that some strange guy had touched, and I see an employee wiping the trash can with a towel. The employee proceeds to wipe all the tables with the same towel. I will NEVER eat at this place again!

Twice now I’ve gone here and ordered the bacon Swiss buttery Jack and both times they made it wrong. I go to Jack in the box twice a month and always order the same thing, every other location I’ve visited makes this burger so it comes out juicy with plenty of sauce on it and the bun is perfectly coated with garlic butter. For some reason this location doesn’t know how to make this sandwich or they are making it so it comes out dry and bland. The first time I got a bad burger I left feedback on the website from the recipe and was contacted by a regional manager and given a free meal so I went back to try it again, the second time the burger was the same dry gross thing. I will not be going to this location again, the one on el norte will be getting my business from now on.

Slow drive through, bad burger like it had been left in the warming cabinet extra long then the bun was over cooked and there was barely any sauce on it. The worst jack in the box i’ve been to.

This place is nice when you are up for some fast food, you can’t go wrong with tacos. Overall this place is just like any other jack in the box, nice employees, fast food, & good too.

FUCK THIS PLACE MAN. This happened 2 nights ago, I was there with my 2 Lil Brothers they were hungry. They took 35 minutes on our order on top of that the cashier didn’t apologize on why my order took so damn Long. We Lost our appetite. I WAS SO ANGRY BUT HEY I JUST TRYING TO KEEP CALM BECAUSE MY LIL BROTHERS WERE THERE. I Was Guest# 339 ordered 4 Cheeseburgers 2 orders of tacos FUCK THIS PLACE– That’s why it’s called good guest service more like bad

Don’t go here late in the day or for dinner. The food is awful, they up sell you add ons and then don’t put it in your food, fries are cold and stale. The soft drinks taste like club soda. The drive thru personal can’t even do one complete one simple request ie: may I have a cup holder please.
Never have problems with the mid morning crew, foods always hot, fries fresh, drinks are good, they get your order right. Not sure of its the MOD for this evening shift but like I said don’t here dinner hours.

The food quality here is average for jack in the box, with an exceptional burger once in a while. There are a lot of food options around, so this is not the first place I choose to go to; however, if I’m feeling like Jack, this location is good.

Ordered Ultimate Cheeseburgers and tacos. I am particular about food at Jack because they are o.k. with special instructions, and I like extra vegetables. ‘The Boss’ guy checked on the grill cook to ensure that the burgers and tacos came out e-​x-​a-​c-​t-​l-​y as ordered, and that’s e-​x-​a-​c-​t-​l-​y what I received. Yes, it’s fast food — but it’s fast food MY WAY. It wasn’t always this good at this Jack, and they improved a lot in 6 months. If I wasn’t so full when I was finished, I would have ordered the onion rings and a shake for dessert.

No diaper changing station in restroom, which knocks off a star.
This would have been a ⁴⁄₅ Star for being better than most Jack’s.
Ivette — The Cashier
was our cashier and she was nice, even brought food out to us since not a lot if folks were in here. I liked how she calls out the orders in Spanish to the cook. Very Mexican taco shop style.

Drive thru wasn’t busy at 8 pm. Only 2 cars ahead of me. I ordered 2 tacos, 2 sandwiches and mini churros. My food was hot and cooked to my liking, the kid in the DT was friendly and respectful. I took 1 star off because I had my window down ready to pay and suddenly sprinkler system came on spraying my car after I just washed it across the street. Really JIB?! Other than that, this is one of the best I’ve visited.

Great food, but the morning people are very rude. Lupe, you shouldn’t have a job dealing with people.

So far lately I have been here just to order take out for a large group of people at least once a month. I always order 20 tacos. They surprisingly never had to make me wait a long time for my order to complete. The tacos always tasted good especially with hot sauce. Good job drive-​thru JITB crew!

I’ve been to this location several times, but during this visit came here for the free tacos!!! Located conveniently in the Denny’s shopping center off 78/​San Marcos Blvd.
Did drive thru and there were about 2 cars in line. Line was fast and efficient. Employees were friendly, and got thru within 5 mins.
Chris accompanied me, and since he wasn’t hungry, gave me his free tacos!!! Whooo-​hooooooo!!! Unfortunately the tacos were cold, but at least the taco shells weren’t stale! I liked how the tacos were actually «juicy» with sauce. (My last tacos from another location were stale and dry.)
On a prior visit, I recall utilized their new touch screen soda machine. What a great concept to have various flavors!!! Kudos for them having Diet Dr. Pepper!!! MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM…

The only Jbo’s that has a touch screen soda machine!
