I have ordered via Curbside several times. When there is no question with my order (price change or substitute item) it works just fine. However, when they need to confirm something with me the order fails. Customer service simply says it is a volume of orders issue, but I have learned since that my orders were «knocked out of the queue» when the confirmation request is sent regarding the question. The the order is just lost and customer service does nothing to fix it — they don’t even call the store. Last time it took my driving to the store to get an answer and get my order back in queue — then it was 24 hours total before the order was ready. The lack of process management and customer service makes Curbside completely unreliable.

We use this service at least once a week now it seems! Love that there’s no minimum so it’s great if you only need one or two items & don’t wanna lug the kids in. It’s also great when you need lots of items! It’s easy and convenient either way! Saves me so much time & the service is always friendly & helpful! Love curbside!

I am SOLD!!! I can’t tell you how great this service was to use at Target this week. I just delivered twins this week but needed to do a major Target run. The thought of having to be out of the house for any period of time was terrifying. It was so great to place my order and then drive up curbside with my newborns in the back and everything ready for me. I can’t believe this is free and will be using this service regularly from now on!

What a timesaver! While I was at work, I purchased my items from Target using the Curbside App and in less than an hour, received a text stating my order was ready for pick-​up. I pulled up to this cute, little blue tent that read, «Curbside» right outside of Target and the curbside associate was already waiting for me with my order. They confirmed my name on the order, put my items in my backseat and off I went. What a great experience! I will definitely be recommending Curbside service to all of my friends and family.
