Had a great experience with Firenzi, they helped me out with an issue re: some Drexel Heritage furniture that I bought years ago when living on the East Coast. Didn’t buy anything from them but they helped me anyway — that is the very definition of 5-star service.

I want to say that we started business with Drexel Heritage /Suburban House Furniture in 1993. We waited 8 weeks to get our custom made furniture & it was so worth it. We had looked at other stores & nothing was comparable to it. They simply had the best. So now we are remodeling & went to look at what they had .We found everything we were looking for. Di Ann even came out to our house w/samples of window coverings, rugs, other furniture pieces & all was custom .I loved the 1 on 1 service I received & her Expertise on Interior Designing. She even helped us with ideas on remodeling our home. My experience w/Firenzi Drexel Heritage has only been WONDERFUL. Check them out for yourself & you decide. The furniture is definitely furniture that you pass down from generation to generation. I am a happy customer for life & will wait on the best anytime.

Worst customer service ever! I placed an order of over $ 4500 for 2 pieces of furniture with the owner’s son. I was told that one piece is in stock, it takes several weeks to be shipped to my house. They never shipped this piece to my house. The 2nd piece is 3 months waiting time. After 2 months, I called for delivery time for the 2 items, he told me to wait for couple of more weeks. After 3 months, I called again for delivery time, I was told that they would check with the suppliers and called me back, they didn’t call me back. Several days later I called again, they still didn’t’ have the delivery time. I requested to speak to the owner, she was hesitating to answer my call, I insisted on speaking to the owner… Finally the owner told me that they cancelled my order. This is outrageous. They cancelled my order without informing me? How could anyone do that? But they kept on telling me my furniture is coming and kept my money for 3 months. Now I have no furniture for the holidays, I have to order them from another store and wait for another 3 months. How can a furniture store do something so terrible to a customer? I will never go to the store.
