Flag Overhead Garage Door Service

Our garage door torsion spring broke yesterday, Monday night. We were in a bind because we do park both cars inside the garage and it was very difficult to manually push the door open to get our cars out. Looking for someone to help us I remember that a few years ago we had Herman replaced some of the wheels which had come off the tracks and we really liked his work then. We were able to find him online and called on him this time too. He came within hours of our call to replace the torsion spring. He oiled and greased other areas and took his time answering our questions. He was great! His prices are very competitive and we appreciate the honesty with which he does his work. If you have garage door problems don’t hesitate to call on him, he will get the job done!

Wow, call this company first. I had a torsion spring break on my garage door, on a rainy Saturday… and I couldn’t manually lift the door. Panic time. They answered their phone when I called (the prior companies I called did not)…and the nicest repairman came out in about an hour, even sooner than he had estimated. He was knowledgeable, fixed the repair, made needed adjustments, AND didn’t gauge me. I wish all companies were like this… Easily five stars for Flag Overhead!

I needed a broken spring repair. I called few places but the prices were outrageous until I called FLAG OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR SERVICE. They have very competitive pricing.
I spoke with Herman Gutierrez around 12 PM. He was here by 2 PM sharp as he said. I didn’t have to deal with «we’ll be there between 1 PM-​5 PM» like other companies.
He fixed everything up in about 40 minutes. It was 5 stars service, very fast, friendly and professional.
I would highly recommend FLAG OVERHEAD if you need any garage related work done.

My garage door broke the day before I was to leave on vacation. I had lots of chores to do but couldn’t get the car out of the garage even with the manual release, as the door is quite heavy. I called Flag, and they gave me a reasonable quote and had a man out in about an hour. He definitely knew what he was talking about and had the two broken door springs repaired promptly.
