Horrible, I am about to get an attorney. Unfortunatelly we placed an order awhile ago. The job was done well but one of the windows is not as good as others. We managed to get somebody to take a look. Since that one month pass — nohting happen.
I feel sorry for poor ladies who are answering the phone.
Never use those guys!!!

What shambles. We called these people that 4 times but we could not even get a quote. Every time we just heard «we will call you back, the guys are busy». After 4 calls we just assume that we are not important enough.
Use someone else.
