First let me start off by saying, that im not a work out person! But me and my friend heard about the boot camp classes through a mutual friend that trains with Laura. We went on a Monday, and IT WAS AMAZING!!! I felt great, she really knows how to kick booty, and i’m at a beginner level, my friend though is in top shape and boy oh boy he was huffing and puffing he was his getting booty kicked too! i love her classes, its high energy, motivating, and it really gets you going. Love that its outside, i feel free, not so cooped up. I will most definitely be back!!!

This review is long overdue! I am a fitness fanatic and whenever I attend Boot Camp With fitness trainer Laura, it is as good as it gets. I have worked out with personal trainers and nothing can compare to the workout I get with Laura! She is super motivating and knowledgable and that helps the workout speed along and not drag like when I workout with trainers at the gym or by myself. I’ve recommended these classes to my close family and friends who are serious about getting fit and staying healthy. Whenever I workout with Laura I know she is looking out for my goals and best interests. I have worked out with Laura for several years and she helped my achieve my fitness goals! (Total of 75 Pounds Lost) Like I said this review is long overdue!
