Lazos Cleaning Solutions

I just had Lazos cleaning for my living room and
. I feel extremely lucky to have found him. It doesn’t look like he has any kind of negative reviews.
He is a delightful person and very much into his work.
I had stains I thought would come up, and he got them out.
Extremely professional. He has what it takes and much more.
He is the best carpet cleaner I have ever had.
He is very reasonable and, and don’t think of going anywhere else but Lazos cleaning.
I will call him in a few months again.

It seems this is the «norm» for Lazo’s Cleaning Solutions… but I must add my stars too.
This was my first time using Lazo’s. He did a great job throughout my house on the carpets, was extremely friendly and professional and a very affordable price. I will definitely use him again!

2^nd time for Lazos Cleaning and we couldn’t be happier. It was a great value & good service. The owner is personable and a hard worker. The carpets look good — wish they would stay this clean. For spot cleaning he recommended Chem Dry. Can’t thank him enough for a great job. I will definitely have them back for a 3^rd time. Please try Lazos you will not be disappointed.

Another great job by Luis! I just can’t say enough about Luis and the thorough job he does. I will be calling him again and again.

There is a reason he has 100 reviews and all of them are 5 Star. He gets the job done.
I’ve used him twice now. Both times, I’ve walked back into my office, and the carpets again look like new. I also paid a little extra for the Scotch Guard carpet protecting treatment. If you have a lot of traffic in your office, I think it makes sense to protect the carpet so that dirt sits on top of the carpet instead of getting embedded within the fiber. It makes it easier to clean the tough spots the next time around. I like that.
Incidentally, Mr. Lazos informed me that the «Scotch Guard» like protectant is an organic protectant. This was HUGE to me. I was a little hesitant about Scotch Guard, because I don’t want the chemicals sprayed in my office. I’m a chiropractor, so I want a clean chemical free healthcare environment for my patients.
He also uses Square and accepts credit cards. That makes payment very easy and convenient. I even get a digital receipt.
He’s a professional. There’s nothing more to say.

Luis was great and reliable! Called before the appointment to confirm… and even came earlier than the scheduled window, which worked out for us since we were on a time crunch. He was very quick, yet thorough and efficient. Our carpets look like new! And his prices are reasonable and competitive.

I’ve been using Lazo’s to clean my condo’s carpets since I first moved in. Luis is awesome! Not only does he call to let you know that he’s heading to your place, he is super courteous and does an awesome job!
I recently had my carpets cleaned by Luis and all the milk stains that my toddler loves to make are gone. Carpet looks and feels clean again.

We have been doing carpet cleaning with him since the past few years and he does an excellent job. takes his time and cleans up all the mess my kids made on the carpet and also moved some of the small furniture items to clean under them.

Amazing work!!! Luis Lazo is incredibly professional. He explained every step along the way so that I knew exactly what he was about to do. My carpets look better than they did when I moved into my apartment AND the price was so affordable, no hidden charges that he had not explained beforehand. He called about 30 minutes prior to getting here to let me know he was on his way. He takes credit cards right there on the spot. Definitely worth while and he makes you feel as though you are his only customer.

Louis actually arrived a little before 9am and looked over our property prior to starting. We have a =/​-​1200 sq ft 2 story house, 2 — 13 step stairways… He’s a one person business and works very hard to do thinks right. we are completely satisfied with his work. We will absolutely call him for our next cleaning!!!

Found Lazos Cleaning through Unilocal.Luis, the owner, came by about a month ago to clean carpets in 2 rooms and a staircase. He did an excellent job. Key factors for 5 stars:
* Called 30 minutes before arrival
* Pricing was exactly as agreed beforehand
* Friendly and professional
* Takes credit cards (using Square)
* Most importantly, did a great job. Got out a couple of stains that other carpet cleaners were not able to remove. Waited a month to provide this review to see if the stains reappeared; they haven’t.
Will use again.

we were very impressed with luis. he gave us a great price to clean 3 rooms and 2 stairways. and he arrived when he said he would.
to clear one of the rooms, my husband and I moved some small furniture items out on our patio. and as luck would have it, it started to drizzle soon after he arrived. while i was frantically looking for something to cover the items with, he had already covered them with tarps. omg. i was so relieved and happy and impressed and was so ready to kiss him!
then when he was done, he moved everything back in himself, placing them on blocks to protect them from the wet carpet.
great job, have noted on my calendar when to call him back.

I had a carpet cleaning on Tuesday ⁹⁄₁₆. I’ve Lazos once before just over a year ago and was over the moon impressed with the results. I’ve recommend your company to friends, collegues and family several times over the past year because I was so happy with my carpet.
I was so disappointed when I came home Tuesday night. I do understand you had your work cut out for you my carpets were a mess but there are still so many stains and corners in all the rooms that have gone untouched. To be honest it looks like half the job that was done last year. I expected so much more.
If the lack of cleaning wasn’t disappointing enough I found my elephant (next to the television) knocked over and broken into pieces. I understand accidents happen but to not even be notified?
I feel embarrassed now for recommending your service to so many if this is the quality.

I first used Lazos to get carpets cleaned in my new condo. This company does a fantastic job. And has gotten out a stain that I subsequently put into my carpet and couldn’t get out on my own.
They come around every 6 months to clean the high-​traffic steps in my condo and the carpets in the bedrooms. They also clean my area rugs when asked. Luis was very good about warning me that my area rug was not sufficiently padded for what I wanted done. He also offered to leave a high speed dryer behind for the day. He is a real pro.

— Returned call in a timely manner
— Called ½ before arrival to alert me that he was on his way
— Showed up with protective booties on. The carpet was already dirty, so I wouldn’t have minded, but I appreciated the gesture
— Provide some useful information about the filtration soiling our carpets were exhibiting and how we could prevent/​minimize it in the future
— Was completely honest upfront that he would likely not be able to get our particular sofa stains much lighter and that the fabric may become rougher and may show lines. I opted not to get it cleaned and he was perfectly fine with my decision
— Offered scotch guard as an add-​on, but not in a pushy way. It was simply a question, not a hard sell.
— Documented the total cost and showed me before he began work to get my approval
— Worked diligently for quite some time to do a quality job. He covered every exposed edge.
— Demeanor was friendly and service-​oriented. Zero creepy factor. Zero pushiness. Luis was knowledgable and professional.
