I had the same experience as described below. I bought the 24K Multivitamin Facial Cleanser because the lady told me it had Aloe Vera and Chamomile in it and would be perfect for my sensitive skin… same test technique as described previously(test on wrist, «skin» particles are being removed, felt soft etc). I was hesitant but she promised me I had 1 month to return it. I just felt skeptical and when back at home I googled the company and also all the ingredients listed in the product. It was mainly preservatives, water and colors, and yes Gold. But no Aloe Vera or Chamomile or any other vitamins. So I checked my receipt for returns and it did say«All Sales are Final». I was upset and went back anyway, they did not want to refund me. I told them they lied, they said it was a misunderstanding, offered me other products etc. I insisted. It went back and forth for about 10 minutes, them calling their«manager» to see what they could do. Then I said fine, I’ll call my credit card company and report it as a fraudulent transaction(and I really was going to)…but that’s when I got my money back. I’m surprised the mall lets this company operate.

If you happen to be having a nice time at the Hillsdale Mall, please do yourself a favor and do not stop by Oro Gold. Their salesmen use aggressive tactics not very remote from bullying. They stand in the middle of the hallway and stop women on their way, inciting them to come in their store for a «free» demonstration. If your husband or relative is present, another accomplice will try to isolate you to manipulate you more easily. Frankly, once the demonstration begins, hold on to your hats because we stoop to snake oil salesman methodology. An obscure product is applied on your skin — in the crassest manner, before you can even object — to be compared with the miraculous elixir of Dr. Oro Gold. If your husband hasn’t been separated from you — I was lucky enough that my husband didn’t fall for that ploy — he will have to bear witness that your left cheek or left forearm looks better than your right. Unfazed, my husband saw no difference. Then, we move on to the next lowly argument of an obscure«special offer» only available right here, right now, for the astounding price of $ 175. The whole demonstration may last over 10 minutes. Long story short, my husband got me out of trouble. I am not a very assertive person, and I find it hard to say no when I’m pressured in such a fashion. As soon as my husband politely told this individual that we would think about it and let him know, the salesman showed his true colors: rude, arrogant, disdainful, completely lacking the most basic manners. If you are unfortunate enough to be taken inside the store, you will notice there is no one besides you inside. Every victim is worked on one at a time. There are ads everywhere looking for«salesmen» such as the lovely individual currently handling you. Basically the whole business is an empty product relying entirely on an elaborate sales scam that will try everything, including and especially bullying and intimidating women they identify as vulnerable. People who cannot say no. They stoop to the level of the infamous salesman targetting elderly women to sell them sports equipment they will never need. Reading the reviews section, I find it appalling to see so many women who were scammed in this fashion and that nothing has been done to kick this business out of Hillsdale. Perhaps we should write to the owners of the Hillsdale Mall and let them know how Orogold is harrassing its female customers? I like to be free to walk in the hallway: if I am not anywhere near a store, I do not find it acceptable to be bothered with such insistence. Such a fine and pleasant shopping center shouldn’t have to put up with such despicable companies. I for one encourage you to contact them via their website and let them know how you feel: Long story short, if an Orogold salesman stops you on your way, please walk on. Or else you will lose a lot of time, money, and faith in the human race.

DONOTCOMEHERE! Let me tell you why: 1. This business is a scam. 2. They use aggressive sales tactics to make you buy way overly priced products that you can buy much cheaper from AMAZON. That is if you really do like their nonsense products. 3. They tell you that they have a promotion for that day only but they LIE, they apply any promotion any day just to get you to buy. 4. The salespeople tell you they are from all over the world but they are of one kind and lie lie lie lie lie about everything. 5. They should be sued for how aggressive they are physically. They grab people by the arm and walk them in to smudge all these unknown products all over your face. 6. Products are not made in Italy. 7. All products are final sale for a reason. Just look up «oro gold scam» on the Internet and read for yourself unless you’ve already been duped by this disgusting company and salespeople. I was tricked into buying $ 1,500.00 worth of stupid anti aging products. I went home and something wasn’t sitting well in my gut. I started to look up this company and everything made sense. I went back to their store the very next day and demanded to get my money back. The lady first refused to refund my money saying that they have a sign that everything is final sale. Then she said she’d call the«headquarters» in which she stepped outside of the store to talk to. Then she came back to say that she can file a case number and get back to me but I still refused. Then she said that the credit machine does not do refunds which is a complete lie. After 20 minutes of going back and forth, I got my money back.

Instead of screaming across the mall in offering someone a free sample, why don’t you step outside the store and approach people. And stop telling people they need eye cream, are you implying they are old? Did you look at yourself in the mirror? You have layers of makeup!!!

Scam Scam Scam! Run away. They lie! They cheat! They are very deceptive! And their products do nothing! Nothing! So much money wasted. Also, the«free facial» you get when you make a purchase is actually just more sales tactic. They just push you to buy more crap. They have horrible«facial» doing technique– clearly not trained at all. Seriously stay away from this place. I am seriously sorry I ever went in there and I feel they took advantage of me at an extremely vulnerable time.

The skilled and attentive Fabrizio was the skin care consultant who worked with me to discuss my skin concerns and the current products I use. He then used this info to suggest products I may benefit from– being honest about areas of my regiment that seemed to be doing great for me– in other words — he did not try and sell me what I didn’t need! He spent nearly 30+ minutes using the products on my skin– which helped me select my orogold products that would fit in with what was working with my Murad products. It was not only fun, but helpful as he explained what routine I should use for best results. I have experienced aggressive beauty«sales people», Fabrizio is a «consultant ». After we talked options– I selected the Orogold peel and neck cream– I saw immediate results and am excited to get to smaller pores and tighter skin with regular use.
