My daughter bought a bracelet, as a Christmas gift, from their online store, she tried to exchange it for a bigger size, to be told by the manager that it wasn’t a new item, and it was tarnished. She had the receipt with date of purchase, but the manager insisted she could not return the item. 30 days to return the item, which is tomorrow. I asked the manager for the corporate number, and was told«it’s on your receipt» rudely. Good job Pandora!

I came into Pandora today to pick up a couple last-second gifts for the GF, the store is nice and clean and my first time coming in(a couple weeks ago) the staff was great/friendly/helpful but, today while waiting about 30 minutes to be helped(along with about 6 other people), a man walked into the store and straight up to one of the associates explaining how he didn’t want to wait in line and continued to flirt with the employee until she eventually let him cut everybody in line… Obviously there are far worse things that could happen while out shopping the day before christmas but seriously… if you’re going to rely on a pen/paper sign-in system while people stand around for 30 – 40 minutes to be helped, stick with the plan. «Happy Holidays from Pandora»
