I love thee chicken carbonara sub and the owner of this place let us in when it was closed. For the excellent food and service i grant this Quiznos a 5 star rating.

I feel they are a little understaffed and the restaurant is too small for the traffic they get so expect wait even if there is 2 people in front of you. The latino guy here is extremely friendly and is what keeps me coming back.

The bf and I have been living at the Archstone apartment complex right next door for the last 3 weeks and have dined at this Quizno’s twice. Both visits were good ones. I first want to give a shout out to the owner who was beyond nice to me each time I was there. Overall…standard Quizno’s menu, flavors and prices. So if you’re in the mood for a heated sandwich… here’s the place to get it.

I work on Park Place, and I stumbled across this place looking for some lunch. I have been here a few times now, have always gotten the veggie sandwich, and it has been a hit or miss thing with them. Sometimes the sandwiches are burnt, sometimes they are delicious! The guy making the sandwich will always ask if it is for there or to go, I say«for here», but the girl ringing me up always packs it to go. No problem there, but kind of silly. The sandwiches are over $ 7 which seems a little steep for a sandwich with no meat on it, but oh well. Better than the over priced Whole Foods across the way!

This place is terrible. They are suppose to be open until 7 but they are so lazy they always pack up early. Today I got there at 6:38 and they turned me away! I am using up my Groupon and then NEVER going back.

Man, what’s happened to the Quiznos in this area?! I absolutely love Quizno sandwiches, but the few here in Redwood City & San Mateo are terrible. It’s not just the sandwiches but the bad attitude of the workers. I know Quiznos is a franchise, but the owners need to understand they cannot just open one and it will run itself. They need to stop in to the stores every now and then to ensure their employees are providing customer service as well as a quality meal. Secondly, Quiznos corporate has LOWERED the cost of their sandwiches, but this specific store has kept their own«custom» prices. Definitely NOT a good move. Eventually they will get the idea or end up the way the ones in downtown San Mateo did. You want to keep customers & draw more in, then you need to know what your customers think or want, otherwise you’ll end up closing all your locations(just look try to find the ones Google Maps pulls up for downtown San Mateo and you’ll see they are there any more). Lastly, wth is up w/a 10 person max capacity at a sandwich shop?!

got my free 6 inch sandwich here the other day and i was mediocre at best and felt more like an appetizer than a sandwich. The standard here that I like is the toasting of the bread which other sandwich shops have adopted since Quiznos went this route. this shop is usually empty and worked only by two people that are not the happiest two at all, but for a quick bite to eat its there and it is okay not my first choice but it will work. never had a BAD sandwich but always has been a last minute decision.

— Sit-down restaurant prices for fast food sandwiches. — Don’t advertise your pastrami if you only receive shipments bi-weekly and are out of stock. — Don’t have state-wide coupons that individual franchises don’t honor. — Fast food in suburbia and you have no parking lot. Fail.

all i have to say is the $ 5 dollar sandwich deal is awesome! The sandwich is super long and I usually get the roast beef & cheddar one… not bad! I like it better then subway.

I was on the run, starving, and there was Quiznos. I had the chicken carbonara with bacon, which included mushrooms, and their«creamy bacon alfredo» sauce. The chicken was cooked right then, and it was toasted. It was good to very good. I also ordered a big cookie, and they heated that up for me, as well. Yeah, a regular-sized sandwich and a cookie was about $ 9.00, so its not a cheap meal. But if you want a step above Subway, it costs. Great Idea: They also seem to have some new small-sized sandwiches called«Sammies»: Sonoma Turkey, Alpine Chicken, Bistro Steak Melt, & Italiano. All about $ 2.50, and 300 – 350 calories. I was on the run, but I might prefer A.G. Ferarri for a «gourmet» sandwich. I haven’t been to Togos in a while, so I can’t access where they fit in the mix. This place is in an odd location, and I’m not sure how it will fair in the long run. They seem to choose secondary retail locations, not the high-traffic locations the big joints choose.

I got the Regular size Prime Rib Cheesesteak. I was busy chatting it up with co-workers when I placed my order that I didn’t even know the cost of this sando. When I got to the casher and he said $ 10.74, I gave him the bitter beer face look. I told him no I didn’t want the combo. He said, I know it’s still $ 10.74. I didn’t want to look like a cheap ass in front of my co-workers so I paid up hesitantly. The sandwich was below average at best. A few slices of «prime rib», two slices provolone cheese toasted on a wheat roll. I may have forked over $ 5 bucks for this, but never again $ 11 bucks. If I ever go back to here, I may just get one of their flatbread salads which looked pretty decent. I’ll stick with Togo’s next time I want a quality sando.
