We at Slider City Gourmet Mini Burgers in Livermore, Ca. were in dire need of an automatic door modification. Without this we would not haver been able to open. Tim was great, he pushed our install and got it completed within 2 days! His technician, Josh, did an excellent job and was very pleasant.
Highly recommended, we will refer this class act organization to all.

On Wednesday night we were leaving our office at around 8:30 pm and guess what happened. Our front door snapped and popped and almost came off the hinges. JUST GREAT! I needed to get home to our children and got it back in position with some grunting and groaning and a few expletives and locked up.
I called a few places on Thursday morning. There was either no answer or they had to call me back. I called Shell Door Service and was greeted kindly by Holly… she was awesome. They could’ve got help to me that day but I was not available until Friday. She put me on the schedule for Friday and sent Josh and a helper. Very knowledgable and efficient. They didn’t have the exact part but slightly modified one they had and we were up and running in less than an hour and a half.
I also spoke with Tim the owner… super cool guy. He explained what they were able to do to fix my door in a cost effective way. I have to say I have never had a better experience with any other business.
The people at shell door went above and beyond to help me!

When one of the aluminum doors on my business entrance started to sag, I called three different vendors to get a repair estimate. One took 10 days to get back to me, another two weeks. Shell Door Service responded the same day and came out the next morning!
Their lead tech Josh was clean, courteous, and and knowledgeable. He and his helper got the job done with no fuss and our door works perfectly again.
I highly recommend these folks!

Called in the morning to obtain a quote for repairing a storefront door and the technicians had it fixed by lunchtime. They were honest about all of our options to repair (the «quick» way and the «right» way), which I appreciated. Fast and friendly service, highly recommended!
