Fine otherwise but this is actually the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to… Huge lines and they have no concern about moving like molasses. Also some of the baristas get really sassy about simple requests like ‘iced’ rather than ‘hot’

This is honestly the last time I visit this starbucks. First of all, they need to learn how to make the drinks on their menu. I don’t know how many times I’ve gone to this location and asked for a double shot and just get a blank stare in response. And even when they look it up they still make it wrong! Maybe if they stopped hiring rude children and some people that actually knew how to smile and work they could make a decent drink. This is literally the only location that cannot make it! if the Starbucks in Barnes and Noble or in Piazzes can make it then then you should know how to make it too. I really wish the two young girls were wearing name tags because they were so rude about it. When we ordered it was a stern «what do you want» then when we got our drinks it was basically thrown at us with no «have a nice day» or anything. So disappointed.
One girl had just gotten new tattoos and the other was young with brown hair and bangs. LOSE THE ATTITUDE.

Thia place is a total disaster. Staffed by kids who are either incompetent or have major attitudes. Drinks are made sloppily. Need management and supervision. Will never come back.

I Love this Starbucks! Every time I have come in Cameron, Aaron, Brittany, Jada, Kelsey, have all been very courteous, professional, and pleasant to talk to.

Today I had a pleasant experience at this location seems like they’ve made some much needed staff changes.

Wow… Just wow…
First of all this place was absolutely dead but yet it took about 10 minutes for the barista who was not busy at all to notice me… Her name was Cameron and she was cold and rude about my order and literally had my drink ready within a minute and she just tossed it down as if she had another drink to make that instant. My chai tea tasted like whole milk. I was already on my way to my friends house so I didn’t want to go back and make her re do it but if I had tasted it right there, I would’ve made her make me a new one.
Not only was the service horrible but my drink absolutely sucked. I could probably make a better one…
I used to work as a Starbucks barista and one of my main focuses was always greeting customers and being as polite as possible. Clearly Cameron has other morals, just not sure what they are since she sucked at making my drink …
Cameron was working at this Starbucks location on 12÷26÷15 at approx 3:30 pm.

Had negative things to say about this Starbucks in the past. Now lots of positive things to say. The service was prompt and courteous. I could not find the potato chips, the counter person left the counter and found them for me. She also asked me if I wanted room/​no room for milk/​sugar and she offered me a receipt. The gentleman who prepped my sandwiches was friendly. All in all, I am a gruntled, happy camper about my Starbucks experience this morning.

Best Starbucks ever!!! Super quick and they are so friendly! They brighten up my mood anytime I need to make a quick stop to get some drinks before my lengthy night classes! There’s not many ways you can mess up a iced passion tea sweeten but trust me when I say it’s possible!!! But these guys know how to make my go to drink!!! You are appreciated

I like this Starbucks better than the hillsdale mall one. They’re quite and not super busy. They take the time to understand your order and answer any questions you have. Also they are really quick! Fastest Starbucks I’ve ever been too!

No idea what is wrong with the staff here but their speed of service and attitude are just appalling.

I would give this place a good review but one of the employee here is being really rude. She about to change the garbage I walk up and want to though a cup and here she goes «hurry up!»
If u don’t like ur job pls quite and hurry up quite!!! No need to stay where u don’t like! I believe she’s a manager here coz she work with out the green apron!
Whoever own this one u really need pay attention to Ur employees attitude. They do need start from customer service, the basic basic thing!

The young lady who took my drink order this morning seemed to be sleep walking.
She forgot to give me my change. When I asked for it she didn’t have a clue. She had to fumble around with the key for the cash register and in the meantime a long line was forming behind me. I understand that people make mistakes, but what really annoyed me was that at no point did she apologize for her error. When she finally gave me my change she just put it on the counter. If she had said «I’m sorry» it would have made a difference, but she didn’t seem to care. On the other hand, the barista made my drink quickly and I had it before I got my change back.

The one star is for them having all of their pastries and breakfast sandwiches. The –4 stars is for the poor customer service. The girl who took my order lacked personality, to put it nicely. After every item I ordered, she quickly said «anything else?» I was thinking, just let me finish my order. It seemed as if she was trying to hurry me up and get me out. I was the only person in line by the way. C’mon starbucks, with the prices you’re charging these days, you should expect nothing less than the best from your employees. It’s not that difficult, girl at the counter. I’ve done it, I’ve worked at Starbucks… just be nice.

Very unpleasant cashier this morning. Her «Barista Promise» should be to put on a smile and stop the resting b*tch face.

The staff here is slower then a any I’ve ever seen. And it’s consistent, always a line of people waiting as the barista makes on drink at a time. The Starbucks up the street cranks out drinks and they taste waaaaaaaaay better. Bummer this is the one by my house.

Been to this location a couple times and its always sooo sloooow! The staff isn’t very efficient and have waited up to 20 or so minutes for coffee. Anyway, came here again today, Feb. 25^th around 6:30pm and it was not busy at all. There was only one girl behind the counter-​wish I got her name so I could put her on blast because the customer service was just TERRIBLE! No hello, no smile, no have a nice day, nothing! When I gave her my order, she just looked annoyed and so serious! It was so uncomfortable. I just wanted to get my drink and leave. And she practically just threw the straw on the counter!
I never post reviews, but today was just awful. Avoid this location!

Dirty shop. Lazy immature and non-​professional staff. Food was old and mediocre.
But here we are in the middle of the first month of the year, and they still have the outside wall banner saying that they are open on Christmas.
This shows that the owner equally doesn’t care. So why should the staff?

There’s about three Starbucks locations within a short walking distance from my apartment and I needed a place outside the home office to get some work done. I also had a free drink coupon that was burning a hole in my pocket and the holiday drinks are on the menu, so I definitely had to try one of those!
I got the venti salted caramel mocha to share with my girlfriend, which was pretty friggin’ delicious and sort of like a morning dessert. Topped with whip cream, this probably wasn’t the healthiest way to start the day but it certainly couldn’t have tasted better. Toward the bottom of the cup, it got a tad too salty, but I guess that’s what I get for finishing the whole thing. Overall, yummy!
This is one of the few Starbucks location without an outdoor patio but they have a cool little bar to hangout at. There’s a decent amount of seating, but it can get a little cramped in there. Service was pretty friendly and it’s super close to my place so I’ll certainly be back again and again.
