This agency is worse than useless. Nancy, the proprietor, made only a minimal effort to understand our needs or what we wanted out of our trip to Hawaii or the style of accommodations we were interested in. Instead, after initially proposing a couple of promising properties, she proceeded to suggest ones that were totally unsuitable. Repeated requests for her to look for what we wanted got us nowhere. Working with her was more time consuming than booking our vacation ourselves.
She touted her «preferred providers» often, but their prices and payment /​cancellation terms turned out in every case to be worse than what the accommodations advertised on their websites. If you want a standard, cookie-​cutter vacation this agency might be all right. But if you want something more customized you will be out of luck. And if you wanted a standard vacation like that, why would you need a travel agent in the first place?
On the upside, Nancy was quite knowledgeable about our destination, although some of her suggestions turned out to be impractical for what we wanted to do on our vacation.
