The people who work there are morons. Everytime I go there they always forget something in our order

Worst sourdough chicken I’ve ever eaten chicken was not fully cooked almost raw fries were chewy and lettuce was soggy bread was not cooked also

Its was the second time going to this location and once again was left with disappointment. The first time I went, my order was prepped incorrectly and the girl who took my order was very snarky. The second time I went, my food was disgusting. The fries were stale and cold and I’m sorry but even McDonalds serves a better piece of chicken on their burgers than this place. The jalapeño poppers were overcooked. Next time I’m taking my order some place else because this location is a joke. I don’t want to give it a one star rating.

I hardly ever review places but damn this place sucks the employee named Priya could get our order right ordered four buttery jacks and she clearly repeated the order correct but we only got charged for 3 meals she was rude I when we told her and she didn’t even offer to let us order the extra burger we barely got napkins or anything and to top it all off they even got the drinks wrong… oh and by the way my fries were cold as if they’ve been sitting all day

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just placed an order and I couldn’t help but notice that the employee gave me the same fries that had been sitting for 5 mins. They were cold from laying out on the counter. I asked for fresh fries and he got an attitude. After realizing that it was gonna take another 5 mins for new fries and my burger was going to be cold, I decided to ask for a refund. I overhear the manager telling the employee that I can wait and its not all that serious. The customer service is horrible at this location. The manager had the nerve to ask if I wanted all my money back. Of course I would expect a full refund if I’m not getting any food! When I got my cash back I noticed I had been shorted so I asked to see the receipt the manager questioned why I wanted to see it because she gave me an extra penny. Lol! Turns out she was wrong. I will NEVER come back to this location.

I will NEVER come back to this location. I was picking up some lunch for my mom today & I pulled up to the drive thru to place her order. I suddenly saw some feet behind the drive thru menu & then this random dude came from behind asking me how I was doing just staring at me. Before he could say another word, I rolled my window up & drove to the next window. As I am waiting to be helped, I see the same guy walking up to everyones car behind me. When I ask to speak with the manager, I was told he/​or she wasn’t there so I had to speak with their shift leader. I told her that I wouldn’t be coming back because you should not allow people to walk up to customers in their cars because that is unsafe. The girl at the window eventually told me that the guy always comes here even when they call the cops… Then while I am waiting for my moms food, the guy walks right in front of the drive thru window and the workers are just looking at him. Sorry I don’t want a bum walking up to my car while I am trying to order my food. Won’t be coming back! The guy totally startled me and made me feel unsafe & the employees don’t seem to really care.

This place was the only thing that was open late night. That night I was starving so I didnt care what I wAnted I just wanted to eat. I’m really happy it was open! Of I’m ever starving late night I will return.

Clean restaurant, but very small can have up to 23 people. Nice people who works there. I just got a large soda and my friend got a hamburger.
