Becareful they sometimes over charge you here and if you are ordering from the drive thru, make sure you check if everything you just paid for is in the bag, 3 out of 4 times, they’ve forgotten something. Oh dont customize here, they dont get it if they cant put it in there pos system. lmao

Today is 08÷23÷15 at 10:10PM, I went on foot to this place because I don’t own a car, the restaurant was closed, but the take away wasn’t. I wanted to order, but they told me I couldn’t because I needed to be in a car to be served…

I agree with many of the reviews I have read about this place. I have gone to buy food here four times and each time has been an adventure… A bad adventure. Rude customer service with cashiers acting as if it wasn’t the customers money the one that pays their wages. I mean, these employees look as if they were not happy working!
Also, every time we have gone to buy chicken at this San Pablo location the cooks take such a long time. I mean… While In N Out whch I should write a review about serves 10 people, this KFC is barely serving one. Ridiculous.
Anyway I give KFC two stars just cuz I don’t like to be mean.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I came in on my lunch break and the cashier, Phelicia (Idk how she spells it) took my order, and she was so rude! Didn’t greet me, after she took my order she slams her register and just rudely handed me my change, no thank you. She didn’t give me any sauces and when I asked for them she rolled her eyes, went to get me some hot sauce and rudely dropped them in my hands, and I asked for ketchup and again she rolled her eyes and came back with it and threw it inside my bag! Worst customer service ever, her manager should start saying bye Felicia!

Worst KFC food ever plus a long wait! Its suppose to be a chain but it didn’t taste anything like the other KFCs. First and last time ever! Only reason we went to this was b/​c it also had a Long John Silvers. What a mistake getting KFC chicken. The LJS food took forever to make but at least it was fresh. KFC chicken was nasty and dry! My biscuit was doughy and under baked, how can you mess that up!!! And if the fact that they have a security guy doesn’t scare you already, the food will surely scare you away forever! Please don’t stop here, keep driving.

Rating them one star only because none isn’t an option first of all the cashier (Phelicia which is what my receipt says her name is) was the rudest person i have ever seen I asked her which of the meals with popcorn chicken came with a side and a drink and as she rolled her eyes at me turned around and pointed to the menu and said «If you read the menu it tells you» I looked at her and asked «I’m sorry are you having a bad day?» And again she rolled her eyes and she again pointed to the menu and she said «This is what we have» so I asked for the manager she walked over to the manager office and I could hear the manager say «Already» obviously they must get a lot of complaints which is understandable but this is your job if you don’t like it then quit. When the manage came out I told her what happened and although she agreed that it was rude didn’t apologize about the whole thing so I placed my order with the manager and as I waited for my order I over heard another employee tell the cashier that was rude to me that she was in trouble and the cashiers response was shut up I don’t care needless to say I would rather drive longer to the KFC in Richmond this is ridiculous. Avoid this KFC at all cost!

Today is 11÷21÷14 and exactly 10:06 am I went to this place to buy our lunch, I said OUR LUNCH, that means I am going to order a bunch of food… it was a BAD EXPERIENCE. Very Poor on Customer Service… Rude service on the drive-thru…The person who served and took my order was «BRIANA»…She’s very unprofessional.
Here’s what happen, I was choosing my order from the menu on the drive thru, and I decided to change my drink to a bottled water instead of soda, and on the SPEAKER I heard her say «OH GOD!!!» (In a frustrating way!), she thought that I didn’t hear it.
These people don’t know who they are going to come across to… I work with people who works in Better Business Bureau in San Pablo and I will definitely make sure that this place will have a Very bad Reviews.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The manager or worker BRIANNA need to work on her attitude. Smile more! At least fake the attitude because it seems like she was force to work here. Lol. Counter and tables seem so dirty. Gross. Please clean up the place and mop the floor. This is my first and last trip to this KFC.

This place is nasty. I work in the restaurant business and you can usually judge the overall cleanliness of a place by it’s bathroom and if this holds true I would never eat here. The bathroom has what appears to be fecal matter and boogers all over the walls and the sink looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since they built the place.
All that being said from the time I walked in until the time I came out from using the bathroom the line of three people had not moved at all and there were others still standing around waiting for food. The service seems to be very slow here as I know from a past experience.
If you want to have a quick lunch and or not die from some sort of food poisoning caused by the dirty condition of this place I would suggest going somewhere else.

Terrible service, no management present. Waited over twenty minutes. Every table dirty. Employees were not professional, in fact acted very ghetto. Not impressed with this restaurant at all. Food was sub par.

I’m all about getting a quick family meal when I am in a hurry.
KFC has become too expensive, but the wait time to get a meal is beyond ridiculous. Often I pull up the drive thru and I am told to park as my food is not ready. Seriously? If I wanted to park, I wouldn’t be going to the drive thru. This has happened numerous times to me and mostly when there are NO cars behind me waiting.
I have to ALWAYS check my bags as they always leave something out. I often ask for ranch and have learned a great lesson to check my bag even if they tell me everything is in it. They don’t give me the sauces or leave something else out. It is BEYOND ridiculous how long things take when in all actuality they are not made to order anyways.

Seriously! The drive thru is taking 30 min! Are you kidding me??? Don’t come here if you don’t want to wait expecting your food in decent time considering its «fast food». After waiting in the drive thru the guy at the window ask… What was your order again?!? Like wtf?!? R u kidding??? Waited then by the time I hit the window to pay… My food wasn’t even started on. DON’T COME HERE! It’s a JOKE!

I don’t like the fact that I waited almost 30 minutes one time for my meal (2 pc, 1 mashed potatoes, 1 soda) to come out. Food is good, that’s why they get 2 stars.

For some bizarre reason I found myself starved after work with a taste for chicken. I haven’t been to KFC in years and I don’t recall it ever being a «tasty» meal. But whatev’s — it was close by and I wanted a couple pieces of chicken! I opted for the grilled chicken — perhaps that was my #1 mistake. The chicken was dried out, the pieces were obscure looking and the taste was crap! The sides were equally shitty! Tack on the nasty attitude from the employees and this was a 0 star experience. I know I know… what exactly did I expect from a fast food joint? More than this!

This is place has improved so much! I haven’t been here in years because of their poor quality. I was in need of some friend chicken for the Pacquiao fight and this was the most convenient location. I’m glad I gave this place another shot.

This is the KFC I used to go to when I lived in Richmond. Sure, the one in Central Richmond (in the Iron Triangle) was a little closer, but this one always had two things going for it: 1) they had hot & spicy, not just original and extra crispy, and 2) they had a deal where you could get 14 legs and thighs for $ 10. That’s three-​and-​a-​half chickens’ worth of dark meat!
Anyhow, I dunno if they still have either of those things these days, but I’d still go there out of loyalty and nostalgia.

I take back whatever bad shit I’ve said about the Colonel over the years. He may have wee beady eyes but he knows his chicken. The bird is meaty, well brined, and seasoned with many herbs. I was unable to count 11 but I will attribute that to the winter cold bug and too much English tobacco. The only bad part is the mashed potatoes, which have too much margarine flavor for a butter-​fed lad like myself. If you were raised with the yellow trans-​fat on your toast you might not mind that.
The leftovers may be the best part; biscuit and chicken meat sandwiches for breakfast are hard to beat.
