Aaron is truly as good as is gets. Based on a friend’s sports massage recommendation, I invited Aaron to my home almost seven years ago after the most trying physical and emotional time in my life. He was one of the most experienced masseuses I’d felt back then. And based on a recent house-​visit massage, he’s continued to hone his craft since then.

I hadn’t had a massage for a long while before I received work from Aaron. I was pretty desperate. Living downtown. Crackling nerves from stress, sore back from self-​neglect, and a monkey-​mind from the over-​stimulation of the man made wonderland I was spending my life in. I just needed work. but more than anything, I needed to be connected with.
Enter Aaron. It was EXACTLY the massage I needed, and better than I could have hoped for. The entire massage, I never felt like something was «being done to me» (like many massages one receives), but that he was completely connected, present, and listening to my actual body. His work is tender-​hearted, sincere, and meditative. I can’t name many massage therapists that I’ve gone to who have been this profoundly in tune. He’s so sincerely nurturing and calming that if you’re not used to such a genuine presence, you may be temporarily thrown off when you speak to him.
Don’t go to Aaron if you want a detached, rigamarole massage experience. Go if you are in desperate need to become more in tune with your body than you were before, and to close out the jarring world around you as you fall into a deep, gentle womb of meditative peace.
