Wow! What an amazing job this shop did on my car! And not only the excellent repair to my bumper after I was rear-​ended, but when I picked it up I saw that the car had been washed and appeared polished, and the inside had been cleaned up, too. And the headlamps had been polished to a like-​new shine! Could they be any more awesome? Yes. Everyone with whom I dealt was helpful, nice and responsive, especially Elise at the front desk. When I came to collect the car after the repair, but before I saw it, I asked the tech how it looked ~ and he said, «the way it should.» This is a 15 year old MBZ and it looks incredible.

if you want great service and the BEST of customer care this is the place for you. aaa told me to contact anthony’s and i really want to go to san rafael bmw but bmw does not do repair so i contacted anthony’s and could not have been more impressed or happy. marcus was very helpful and took care of the problem and made me feel like a member of the family. elaine h.

Well, they should be called Anthony’s Auto Artistry! After a hit and run bumper bender, Anthony’s not only expertly fixed every scratch on my bumper but buffed out a scratch on my fender and made my wheels look new again! My car was ready in two days.
I am once again proud of my car and proud that I chose Anthony’s. i will never go anywhere else. They really care about their craft and were cheaper than the two other body shops I called. I highly highly recommend…

Second time I’ve brought cars to Anthony’s — both new Mercedes. First time I had a very bad and sad rear panel damage on a 2013 E350 caused by a teenager who didn’t see my car. Sean took care of me — the result was unbelievable — like the accident never happened. Likewise today just got my new 2015 S550 coupe back from Marcus after running over some fencing left on a small road. The bill was a fifth of what I expected and they did the job in a day. Again the result was like the damage never happened. What more can anyone ask for?

I have an older BMW I cherish and take immaculate care. Believing that because Anthony’s does supercars they would show similar attention to my little BMW was a mistake. car came back with numerous bumper dings poorly touched up, kept over weekend (due Friday) and nothing particularly exceptional about the body work.
Moral of story, they’re no better for average car owner.

Ferrari F430 coupe. Respray of front hood and fenders. Removal, extensive modification and respray of rear bumper to accommodate challenge grill, replacement of carbon diffuser. Todd handled everything from start to finish. He even handled the return of a substandard part I had ordered separately and managed to get a refund I probably wouldn’t have got myself. Exceptional work, highly recommended. If you have a very precious car you can be sure Anthony’s will put it back on the road as good as new if not better.

My Toyota Camry had two problems – one on each bumper. AAA recommended Anthony’s and I am so happy they did. In a timely way, they beautifully repaired the «accident» bumper covered by the insurance of the woman who hit the car, and economically repaired the one in the rear, which we had banged ourselves.
The service I received from Marcaisse Jacques was extraordinary. He was communicative, helpful, delivered the car on time, assisted me in every way he could, and cleaned my car so it’s in beautiful condition, inside and out. It is five years old, but looks brand new.
I would not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them.

Thank you Shawn for keeping in touch with me in regards of getting my bf surprise JDM rear bumper painted! Shawn is great at what he do! Called me the day after I dropped off the bumper to see what part is going to be the rally red color and what little part that will going to be gloss black. He wanted to make sure that ill be happy with the outcome. The pick up time arrives and goodness I was so happy about the outcome! Thank you Shawn and the team! I will be back.

I brought my boss’s car here to get the front and rear bumper repainted. Anthony’s said the car would be ready by Wed afternoon. I told him that works great because I could pick it up and then drop it off to RAB motors for a 10 am appt on Thurs for some minor repairs. He kindly offered to drop it off at RAB Motors instead, no problem. Cool… perfect, that sounds great!
Well I get a call from Anthony’s at 11 am on Thurs telling me they are still waiting on a part of the bumper and it will take another week. WHAT? I was thinking he’s calling to tell me the car has just been dropped off at RAB.
Long story short, terrible customer service and unjustified high pricing (I called other shops but went with them because I *thought* they would be the fastest).

Anthony’s is always great! Everyone is so friendly and well informed on their material. I went to them with a paint job and the process was so effortless and quick. They knew what to do and had it fixed right away. I will definitely be going back!

I have used Anthony’s autocraft for about 14 years now. In my family at any given time we have about 5 or so cars. From Mercedes to BMW. Obviously from time to time we have needed their services.
I have always trusted their work quality, their promptness and workmanship. Their customer service is as impeccable as their work. They are always accommodative and friendly. I have never had any problem with them. They are quality, fast and friendly.
This business is my go to body shop for all my cars and I highly recommend them.

I have a BMW Z4. I am very fussy about repairs, especially paint match. It even bothers me when I see another car on the freeway with a mis-​matching paint repair.
The BMW has been there twice, and unfortunately is due for another return, and our Honda Pilot was repaird/​painted there too. I have been very happy with their work. Once the car was not ready on time, but they notified me. I would rather they take their time & get it right. 5 stars in my book!

They repeatedly told me that the car would be ready when it wasn’t, but they didn’t bother to call and tell me until I’d already made plans to pick it up. They did bring the car to my house because of the repeated delays, which was nice, but they should be better about proactively communicating with customers to tell them in advance that their car was not ready as promised.

Anthony’s Auto Craft is by far the best shop in San Rafael! Not only is the staff friendly, professional, informative and helpful, but the work is top quality. I was involved in a pretty bad accident about 4 years ago and Anthony’s repaired my car. There was over $ 16,000 worth of damage and looking at my car now, you’d never know it was in an accident. I’m so pleased with the work they did to my car. I’d suggest them to anyone in the area looking for an amazing shop!

My husband had his car hit so we decided to give Anthony’s a try for the repair.
Let’s just put it this way– it took them 3 tries to get it right.
1st time: Used the wrong paint color. (How you get flat black and shiny black confused is beyond me. And how the quality control guy didn’t catch it is even scarier…)
2nd time: The correct paint color, but orange peeled it.
3rd time: I guess is a charm?
Seriously, if I had to drive my husband back there one more time I was going to scream.
If you go there, be sure to check the work carefully before you pull away.

Unfortunatley, I have had several visits to Anthony’s Auto Craft (let’s face it, having to get your car worked on is kind of a bummer).
Norberto is who I always ask to help me out! He is on top of everything, keeps me informed and usually gets my car out of the shop in fewer days that initially promised.
My car always looks like it came right off the lot when I pick it up, and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
